It wasn't precisely the infamous 1313 but they were in the 2000s at night, not the best place for two unchaperoned padawans. But what else could he do? Ayra had bullied the lad into coming with her when he caught her sneaking out after curfew.

"We aren't younglings" she had said, the disgust clear in her voice and in her gaze. Well, here they were. A clunky speeder sputtered overhead dumping thick black smog into the air. The bright lights of street signs for less than savory locations glittered off of chromium surfaces.

"Maybe I shouldn't have worn my Jedi robes," he muttered, lifting at his arms and looking forlornly at the baggy brown sleeves.

"I told you we were going out, YOU were the one who decided to dress all Jedi-like." Her hands folded into the pockets of her black jacket as she walked backwards while looking at her companion. "You'll be fine, Jedi run around here all the time... probably." She wasn't too sure about that fact, but she was able to convince herself at least.

It wasn't her fault he didn't have any taste in clothing that wasn't old and dusty.

"We're here to help the temple out anyways." Feet stopped as she leaned in towards Gabe. "Like I said, a little birdie told me about a Jedi holocron being sold down here. We're only here to help collect missing materials."

Here to help the Temple out? That wasn't how he remembered it. He wasn't sure the Jedi Shadows really NEEDED help from Padawans to bust an Undercity auction of rare, expensive, and probably fake, Force-related goods. And how reliable could Ayra's source even be? She'd been on Coruscant for less time than he had been not to mention that he was born here.

Pryce shied away from Ayra. Invading personal space seemed to be a gift of her's. Along with being pushy. Well, out of the two of them, someone had to keep them out of trouble.

"Fine," he grumbled. "We get the holocron and we get out." He checked his chrono. "But we've got to do it fast!" If they were found out...Well. They'd be seeing a lot of each other for sure after that. Stuck in the archives with Oros Oros or worse, Aeris Lashiec Aeris Lashiec . He shuddered at the thought.

"Fine, but impatience isn't going to get you anywhere." The Silver-haired girl muttered as she spun away, the irony lost on her. "I think they said it's a secret bid in one of these warehouses."

Her eyes glided upon the metal surfaces as she raked her brain for any information she could have forgotten, she was fairly certain that it was in this general area at the very least. On this level for sure.

The girl lit up as she saw what looked no more than to be a common bar being attended by a large Zabrak, dressed in shockingly fanciful attire. His little suit was all the confirmation that the Padawan needed to break into this place to liberate the Jedi artefact.

"Alright, we're up." She whispered to Gabe as Ayra pulled a scarf over her face and her hood tighter. "Hopefully you're better at sneaking than you are at not complaining."

Gripping onto a steel pipe from a couple stalls down from the bar, the Echani lifted herself onto the roof of the nearest booth. Hardly as quiet as an experienced thief, she was silently thankful that they were in some down trodden pit instead of back on Castell. A couple of kids running around the streets was hardly an uncommon sight.

"Let's go." She whispered as she reached down to help her assistant up.

Gabe rolled his eyes. The way she was looking around made it seem like she didn't even know where she was going. In the undercity looks like that could get you into trouble - at least that's what he saw on the holos. Right as he was about to ask though she turned to him, glee and mischief lighting up her eyes.

"Alright, we're up." She whispered to Gabe as Ayra pulled a scarf over her face and her hood tighter. "Hopefully you're better at sneaking than you are at not complaining."

"Complaining?" Gabe complained. But she was already to far ahead of him having climbed up onto the roof. He frowned up at her when she urged him on. He wasn't a child. He knew when to follow and how to sneak.

"Like a Loth-Cat," he muttered to himself and jumped to grasp Ayra's arm. She was surprisingly strong for someone so small and had little trouble pulling Gabe up. He landed with a soft thud as his boots crossed the threshold. "Thanks," he whispered before looking back and forth and raising his hood. "Where to next?"
