While buying the land he offered any who lived on his land a choice work for his company and receive fair pay and housing or vacate with a small payment to help them move. After the dust settled he began to hire on scientist to help in the development of his products. Getting the licences to work on the worlds he chose did prove difficult but with enough money and promises he got them. With land,licences, and a work force all that was left was to start building the fields for food and the homes where the workers would live. Ruan was to be the main planet used for food growth while Tython would be used for minor growth and research. Khaldun was proud of himself he never help in the past and with this he had the chance to make others lives better.
