Peace is the Truth

Tython.

The eyes of Equa Dominator were shut. Sitting on the floor of his yet another ship, he was meditating. His legs were crossed, just like people typically meditated. His back was straight, eyes closed, and his mind occupied by but one thought. It was the vision he was seeing. Jedi spoke of the consular ability of seeing visions much often than anybody else. And well, it seemed to be true.

He had left the world of Coruscant even before the Invasion of the Sith had begun, and then he had decided to seek for a world where he could be safe. After spending countless hours with a map and lexicons, he had become tired of trying to find one. Maybe it was not his destiny to find one at that moment?

However, now it seemed to be so that the world perfect for Equa was Tython, a really important place for the Jedi. There was also the Jedi Academy, a one which focused on consulars and sentinels, at least that's what Equa remembered. Maybe he was wrong. It wasn't too difficult to mess things up again. After all, he was kind of unreliable as a person. Yes, he was loyal and peaceful in nature, but he had been completely crazy, mentally ill for some time.

Now he was better, though.

"Droid, please, let's go to Tython and land near the Jedi Academy. I feel like we have to go there," he spoke to his droid, his voice being peaceful and quite low-pitched, but not too much.

"Are you sure, master Dominator? It's too close to the One Sith, after all."

"Yes, I am sure.

Something is waiting for me there."

Ilanthria calmly walked down the corridor, with a few younglings following behind her. "Ilanthria! Ilanthria! Tell us about the Force!" They said happily. She smiled down at each of them. "Very well," Shae said, leading each of them to the courtyard garden. She sat cross-legged on the grass, and they sat in a circle with her. "Now, dears, what do you see?" They looked around.
"Trees!"
"Flowers!"
"Grass!"
"Fountains!"
Ilanthria nodded. "That is the Force. What do you hear?"
"Birds!"
"Animals!"
"People!"
"That is the Force. What do you feel?"
"Wind!"
"Dirt!"
"Grass!"
"That is the Force. Now, close your eyes. What do you sense?"
The children obeyed. They didn't speak, but Ilanthria could feel their auras as they connected with the Force. She used the Force to speak into their minds. "This is the Force. It is all things. You, and me. The trees, the grass, the animals, the water, the wind. What you feel, both inside and out. This is the Force..."

Eyes still closed, Equa focused on the vision again. He wanted to see more, he wanted to hear more, he wanted to sense what's going to happen. But after seeing the planet of Tython, there was nothing to see anymore, only a voice which spoke about the Force, "This is the Force. It is all things. You, and me. The trees, the grass, the animals, the water, the wind. What you feel, both inside and out. This is the Force..."

This person had to know much about it, or had to be a fan of the Living Force. Equa had believed in such a faith, too, briefly, but still. That was, before he got to the Unifying Force and then the Inner Peace. One thing he admired about the Living Force practitioners was their understanding of the Force. They knew what it is, they wanted to understand it. They were always closer to the truth than anybody else, at least that's what Equa thought of them.

The voice he had heard, though, was beautiful, maybe belonged to a great species. It was definitely not a human voice for sure. He had heard a lot of it and was able to tell if there was even a little change. He was able to differentiate a few Near-Human species' voices from human voice, too. But only a few, like Umbarans.

The ship was then already near Tython. In fact, they had remained in the Deep Core, so it was rather easy to quickly get to the planet. The closer they got, the more did Equa feel like he has to do something there.

But what was it?

The children smiled and giggled as Ilanthria spoke to them through the Force. She smiled and continued. "All life consists of the Force. Tiny organisms, called mediclorians, exist in everything. These mediclorians are what connects us to the Force. Jedi possess more mediclorians than others, as do Sith. We can speak directly to the Force as it can to us. It guides us, protects us, and teaches us. We use it to defend and protect the innocent. We also use it to enlighten and to discover the mysteries around us." Ilanthria looked at each child. "Take what I have told you today, little ones, and keep it close to your hearts. Know that the Force will always be there to guide you should you ever lose your way." They smiled and nodded at her. "Thank you, Ilanthria!" They said in unison. Then they got up and left. She remained in the courtyard, and began to meditate. She had sensed something approaching earlier. She did not know what to make of it, but she felt it would be of some significance later on. She reached out with her perceptions, trying to pinpoint the source of it.

A burst of light projected itself to Equa during his meditations. Surprised by the light, he fell down, as well as falling from the state of meditation and peace. Kark. His thoughts started gathering again and it would have been difficult to get rid of all these thoughts again. Looked like that was it for the day. He had seen enough visions. The light was the weirdest of them. It nearly hurt his eyes, even though it all took place in his head.

After getting up, he walked to the droid and looked outside. They were quite close to their desired location. Only a few more minutes before landing. But along with the feeling he had started growing nervousness. He didn't feel a disturbance in the Force, but rather a irritating feeling of something. He wasn't sure what it is, though.

Trying to focus on his breathing, he managed to get control over his nervousness. Or, well, he got as much control over it as a typical person could. Hiding it and covering it up with other thoughts was the best idea because Jedi were no gods. Even they were nervous sometimes and even they couldn't control this feeling.

Like any other.

But they had to. That was the Jedi discipline. Equa himself thought the standard Jedi discipline is good, but his belief is far greater. Kind of selfish of a thought, but still.

Focusing on the outside again, he noticed how close they are to the academy, so he sat on his seat for the time of landing. He knew his droid's landing is no better than his. He was a terrible lander. And while Equa sat on his seat, he saw a vision of him with a Padawan. A new one already? Or wasn't it his? He didn't know. But there was only one thing he was able to tell about the person. The padawan was something extraordinarily beautiful, a Diathim maybe.

And that was the irritation he felt.

The presence was very near now. Ilanthria felt it pass overhead. She delved deeper into the Force to see who it was. She saw herself inside a ship. She was looking at a man with white hair. His aura was incredibly light, as if it were radiating from him. This glimpse only lasted a moment. She returned to herself in the courtyard and stood up. So, a newcomer approaches. It always fascinated her to meet other walks of life. She made her way to the main entrance to greet him.

[member="Ilanthria"] [Oh goodness, I'm so sorry I haven't replied back to you!]

And so the ship landed, thankfully not being under Equa's control, but the landing was done by the droid. Everybody knew Equa was terrible with ships, especially when he ahd to land. Many wonderful starfighters and even corvettes had been destroyed by him. It was only a matter of time when nobody let him borrow their ships anymore. He had had a wonderful droid friend in the Republic military and he had been so helpful at getting to use some ships, but now that the android was no more... there was not too much of a chance to get to have a ship so often.

After landing, Equa stepped out and headed towards the courtyard at first. Because she felt the presence he had sensed before over there. He really wanted to meet this person, this... Diathim? He had never seen one, but he had heard they are angelic when it came to appearance. Oh, and everybody was supposed to see them differently.

And there she was.

An angel.

Equa, in his Jedi robe, being a simple human, looked really basic next to her.

"Hi!" he spoke with a calm tone.

Ilanthria smiled warmly to the newcomer. "Welcome," She said. Her voice held a natural, soothing tone. She walked gracefully over to him, her feet not making a sound. She hugged him as if she were greeting an old friend. "Your aura is very pure. A calming wave radiates from you." She placed a hand on his shoulder. "My name is Ilanthria."

Equa hugged the beautiful creature back, and the embracing moment seemed a bit odd, considering how they had just met. But that meant nothing. Maybe that was how the species of her kind greeted everybody. Or it was just this one woman. "Thank you! I can also sense much light in you!" Equa spoke with a calm tone, his Galactic Basic Standard heavily accented because of his Umbaran heritage.

"It is nice to meet you. I am Jedi Knight Equa Dominator."
