Payday

Randyl had done his job. Another successful mission, he had to note -- a fight against the Hutt Cartel, serving the Vitae Alliance. It had been fun and interesting, yet also slightly dangerous. He'd nearly died in the battle due to his own foolishness and the unexpected strength of the battle droids.

He had to admit, he was not the best mercenary around nor was he even a mediocre one, but fighting at battles and serving different people gave him enough practice to become one of these one day.

He thought to himself that the pay he needed was typically not high -- he'd seen people who would do a simple job for hundreds of thousand of credits. He didn't need that much money on his hands. He loved the adrenaline of fighting a lot more.

Sitting on a chair, he waited for the employer to arrive.

The young man who had helped her alliance remove hutt cartel from apatros, he was here to collect his paycheck. Though aftermath of it left a slightly sick feeling in the pit of her stomach, like maybe redemption was beyond her. She could no longer be part of the alliance, but she could go it alone again. Though it would mean leaving emily behind, as she did not want to endanger her. The alliance was safe and pretty, she was not on the inside and she knew it know. She entered her office, and then gave the young man a datapad with his credits in. Then sat down opposite him, and then glanced him over. So did you like the thrill of the battle padawan? She wanted to engage him, and see if he was up for coming part of something knew.

"The battle? It was interesting, to say the least. The Hutt Cartel is a force I've not heard of in a long time. They had some strange droids which were rather difficult to defeat, to be completely honest," Randyl summarized the whole event in a short description. He was not a person of words when it came to talking about job. He did what he had to and no more than that.

"Although I must say it was pleasant to work with your fighters. They were awesome," he continued while looking at his pay. Looked legit, just like he had assumed it would be.

I am happy you enjoyed it, would you like to do it again some time? She paused then asked him something not so subtle Would you like to lead troops next time? She was happy with his performance, but she realised after that, she could never be part of light side. She was and always would be a sith lord, she had take her leave from the vitae alliance. As if she fell in front of them, they would kill her from failing to stay to light. That was something she was not willing to risk, the question was how did she escape them, for know she had duties.
