Thanks for the disclaimer. Very clear now!

I appreciate the clarification on the pistol's power, but I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with the claim that it can punch clean through beskar and cortosis. Canon states that beskar is renowned for its durability and neigh-invulnerability. I am not comfortable with having a pistol that can cleave right through beskar because of the potential for abuse.

An alternative would be to simply state that the pistol is far more powerful than a heavy blaster pistol, thus giving the pistol significant punch but also not explicitly opening it up for exploitation.

Ok I'm fine with that. I didn't mean for it to sound like it would blow straight through it, I should have said a very thin layer to make it more specific. If that would be okay, I'd like for it to say that. How does this next edit look?
