STRENGTHS
  • Spaceman: This suit provides life support and protection from the vacuum of space, and the repulsorlifts enable maneuvering in the absence of gravity.
  • Crash Course: The armoring in the suit can protect the wearer from extreme temperatures, kinetic, energy, magnets, and ion damage - pretty much anything the wearer might be subjected to after sustaining crippling damage to their vessel.
  • Shields: The armor has a port on the back which allows the wearer to attach a personal energy shield system for additional protection.
WEAKNESSES
  • Acid: This suit features virtually no protection against acid, although it is unlikely you will be in contact with acid out in space. Right?...
  • Lightsabers: The suit offers little to no protection against lightsabers, so avoid getting into any Zero-G lightsaber duels while wearing it.
  • Spacesuit Malfunction: It is possible for the electronics present in the suit to malfunction, especially if they are damaged. This includes the repulsorlifts.
  • Shield Port: The shield port located on the back of the suit is large, bulky, and noticeable. If it is damaged or destroyed, it will have to be replaced. In addition, the type of shield used must be specifically adapted to the suit - a skilled mechanic could perhaps modify a shield system to match it, but otherwise the wearer will have to purchase a compatible shield system from the same manufacturer as the armor.
DESCRIPTION
To all things there is a season - that is Arrius Messala's philosophy. The Sith Lord specializes in creating tech which is meant for extremely specific situations and unique beings. This flight suit is designed to protect the wearer against common hazards faced by starfighter pilots, with particular focus given to life support in a vacuum and surviving the circumstances of a crash-and-burn.
