Decree of Founding by the Dark Sovereigns ​

"By anointment of the Dark Sovereigns, the Order of the Sith Hounds has been formed with the express purpose of hunting the enemies of the Sith Warlords Covenant and Suzerainty, whether Jedi or sith, with extreme prejudice and clandestine freedom. Those that are called to service in the Sith Hounds shall from this point pledge their loyalty to the Mistress of the Sith Hounds and to the Dark Sovereigns and give themselves to the purpose of being weapons of the Dark Sovereigns - no other loyalties will be tolerated. In the Darkness our Vengeance shall be wrought."​

INTRODUCTION

Led by the Mistress of the Sith Hounds, the Shadow Hand of the Dark Sovereigns, the Sith Hounds is a cadre of assassins, sith informants, infiltrators, and hired mercenaries. They operate under a series of Directorate - each with a specified mission; i.e. Jedi Hunts, Infiltration, Networking of Mercenary and Bounty Hunter contacts, as well as information brokerage. Shadowy and feared - the Sith Hounds also hunt their own as they police the Sith Warlords and their Knights, searching for a single sign of weakness to exploit or eliminate. As such they are hated by their sith peers and feared just the same. To become a Sith Hound is to fully fall deeper into the Dark Side and transform yourself into a weapon.

Command Directorate - Offices of the Mistress of the Sith Hounds | Office of the Mistress of the Sith Hounds who commands the entire organization and home to the Mistress' Hounds - her personal assassins

COMMAND STRUCTURE
Mistress of the Sith Hounds [Order Master] - Darth Sinestruss
Lord Hounds [PACK Commanders] - Lead the PACKS [Sith Hound Teams], they report directly to the Mistress and command their PACK Cells as overall commander, administrator, and lead point-of-contact (despite being called Lords - Sith Knights can be them too)
PACKS [Sith Hound Teams] - These are the Operational Cells of the Order, the conduct the missions and operate as field agents. Every PACK is made up of the following: Sith Hounds, Whisps (Informants/Infiltrators), Auxiliaries "AUX" (Hired Mercenaries/Bounty Hunter Contacts)
