- Species: Trandoshan
- Role: Chief Healer
- Languages: Basic, Frog, Mon Calamari, Rakata
- Height: 7'1
- Description: A long lived Trandoshan Jedi Master native to the ringworld of Refuge. It seems that a combination of the regenerative abilities of his species and his communion to the Force have extended his lifespan. He has orange scales, eyes that have long since gone blind, and the unusual feature of facial hair on his chin. Master Kolgara dresses in modest robes. Alongside natural use of Force Healing and Force Sight, he also has the precognitive abilities of the Jedi Seers.
Born on Refuge within the village of Respite, Kolgara's natural Force Sensitivity would lead him to ultimately become the traditional leader of the village. He wields a Force-imbued sword, traditionally used amongst those chosen to lead their people. He has lead the village of Respite for 150 years, but had by 880 ABY seen visions of the Jedi Order in the Core. Called by the Force to serve, Kolgara left Refuge and studied in his late years under the New Jedi Order, quickly rising to the rank of Master. All of this was done to meet one man,
Jasper Kai'el
. This was the man he had seen in his visions, a shield cast over his village. Kolgara would lead the young Jedi Master to Refuge, where the Order of Outcasts would come together to protect those fleeing from crisis.
- Name: Kight Seydan Toth
- Age: 29
- Species: Togruta
- Role: Pilot, 2nd in Command

He would be raised at the temple, where the young Togruta would become known for his charming personality, deep love of piloting, and non-violent approach to combat. By the age of twenty, Toth had risen to the rank of Jedi Knight, fully dedicating himself to the safe transportation of his fellow Jedi brothers and sisters across the galaxy. It was with the New Jedi Order that he met
Jasper Kai'el
, the only man he would ever follow. Seydan and Jasper are brothers-in-arms, serving together in the Second Great Hyperspace War. Whenever Jasper has needed a pilot who was not himself, he never chose anyone else. Seydan Toth would also assume a guardian role to padawans
Braze
and
Loomi
.
When establishing Jedi opperations on Refuge for the defense of those fleeing the Core, Jasper chose Seydan as his right-hand man. Seydan uses his technical nohow to organize development, and it is often aboard the Redwind, which he pilots, that new refugees are brought to Respite. He is a highly skilled mechanic, talented pilot, uniquely gifted with Tutaminis, and is good with children.
- Name: Master Johan Bones
- Age: 84
- Species: Iridonian Zabrak
- Role: Forge Master
- Height: 5'3
- Languages: Basic
- Description: A short statured, though robustly built Iridonian Zabrak. Jedi Master Johan Bones was once of the New Jedi Order, serving in the Second Great Hyperspace War. Wielding a golden lightsaber and his biological strength, Master Bones was a force of nature even in his older age. It was in the war where he would lose his eye. Having an aversion for biological enhancements, he refuses to get it replaced.
After the war, Master Bones would become disillusioned with the Jedi and leave to live with the Matukai warriors, where he would learn their martial arts and Force abilities, including Soft to Solid. Here he would meet
Jasper Kai'el
, a Jedi Knight seeking to learn the ways of the Matukai in an extended period away from the core. Jasper Kai'el, remembering the old Jedi Master, returned as a Master himself and asked the man to come help on Refuge. Feeling swayed by Jasper's conviction, Bones agreed and became the Order of Outcasts' Forge Master. He has a proficiency in the creation of most weapons, providing blades and blasters as well as helping younglings construct their first lightsabers. He hides a genuinely caring and gentle nature under a gruff, battle hardened exterior. As such he can be slow to bond with others. His favored lightsaber form is Juyo.
- Name: Knight Yuma Senn
- Age: 28
- Species: Twi'lek
- Role: Chief Botanist
- Height: 5'10
- Languages: Basic, Frog, Twi'leki, Huttese
- Description: A Twi'lek woman with light green skin and an unusual eye tattoo upon her forehead, Yuma Senn is a Jedi who found her place in the Agricultural Corps of the new Jedi order at a young age. As such, Knight Senn is an expert of Plant Surge and all things botany. Growing up in the era of the Second Great Hyperspace War, Yuma Senn saw many of the hardships brought by the war. Appalled by what she saw, Senn assumed a Vow of Sightlessness. To dedicate herself to growth and healing, Senn chose to close her eyes and never open them. In this way, she may feel others for what they are, untainted by her feelings about conflict. Without distractions, she can dedicate herself to providing comfort to those struggling. Force Sight is her primary means of 'seeing' the world around her.
While retaining her maiden name, Yuma Senn was sought out by recommendation of Seydan Toth, her husband. The two would grow close in the aftermath of the Hyperspace War. She tasks herself with overseeing agriculture in the village of Respite as well as the growth of the younglings at their Temple. Knight Senn sees her role as one meant to promote healthy development in both plants and people. She specializes in Soresu in the rare occasion she does battle. Her lightsaber is green.
- Name: Master Xesh
- Age: 54
- Species: Rattataki
- Role: Chief Temple Guard
- Height: 5'8
- Languages: Basic
- Description: Master Xesh is the enigmatic Chief Temple Guard at the Respite Jedi Temple. She speaks little, always wears her mask, and is closed off from others. This is because she lives a life of reconciliation for her past. Xesh once came up as a Sith in the Brotherhood of the Maw, her hands bringing war and destruction. Through some form of Force-educed vision, Xesh was given clarity on the pain caused by her hands and swore to never again walk the dark path. She specializes in Ataru and possesses the rare Shatterpoint, which she utilizes in combat. While she wields the traditional saber-staff of the Temple Guard, hers harbors a white kyber crystal, purified after her time as a Sith.
Xesh has a serious, no-nonsense attitude. She is critical of the darkness in away that can only be had through familiarity. Her cold demeanor makes it very shocking that she is the Master of Seydan Toth, given his jovial demeanor and perpetual smile. Seydan asked her to come protect their new temple. Feeling a debt to Knight Toth for being a part of her journey to the Light, Master Xesh agreed.
- Name: Kight Lyja Konshi
- Age: 24
- Species: Kiffar

She proved to have a mechanical prowess and wound up doing work for the Service Corps. She has a quiet, serious demenor, and is known for not getting jokes. She often doesn't sleep. As such, she is almost never seen without a cup of caf. Being the youngest of the Order of Outcasts' council, Lyja feels like she has something to prove. She often takes on extra responsibilities because of this.
The Kiffar attained her role from a friendship with Seydan Toth and Jasper Kai'el, often being the one to perform maintenance on the Redwind. She possesses the rare psychometry ability, an ability shared by one in a hundred of her people. Her preferred form is Shii-Cho. Her lightsaber is orange.
- Name: Knight Qro (said crow)
- Age: 29
- Species: Chiss
- Role: Battlemaster
- Height: 5'8
- Languages: Basic, Cheunh
- Description: Some call Knight Qro the Burned Fist. This is because below his bandages is a body warped by fire and lightning, the result of torture he endured in the Second Great Hyperspace War. Qro is a warrior through and through. He specializes in a self-taught lightsaber form that Cheunh calls "Form Ultimate," one where the individual is the lightsaber. In practice, this is just martial arts with a heavy use of Force Body, Tutaminis, and the Art of Movement. Qro is known for having a dramatic flair and seems monotone and cold on the surface, but he has a surprisingly goofy demenor. Most people find him to be odd and are unsure if when he is joking due to this fact. He seems fond of dark humor.
After fighting together in a battle, Jasper Kai'el would later recall the power shown by the Chiss Jedi and sought him out to assume the role of Battlemaster on Refuge. Qro accepted. Alongside martial prowess, Qro seems to have an innate ability to master any weapon he picks up. His lightsaber is not often used, but it has a blue blade.
