Sularen sat quietly at the head of the circular conference table as he patiently waited within the confines of a conference room inside the Imperial Center for Military Operations, for the arrival of some of the Imperial Confederation's top naval commanders. As the Confederation prepared itself for the upcoming renewed offensive against the Sith Order in the Thandon Star Cluster, Sularen had arranged for this summit to discuss strategy and tactics in order to set the tone for the offensive and ensure that the Imperial Fleet remained cohesive and efficient when going up against their Sith counterparts.
This was a pivotal in the history of the Imperial Confederation. With conflicts erupting across the galaxy with the Sith Covenant's offensive into the Deep Core against the Galactic Empire and the Mandalorian attack on the Diarchy-controlled world of Yaga Minor, the Confederation had the perfect opportunity to reassert itself in the ever-shifting political landscape of the galaxy. A Victory here in the Thandon Star Cluster would undermine Mandalore's recent diplomatic humiliation of the Confederation and further reinforce it's status as an emergent superpower following it' victories at Atrisia and Lakonia.
Now all the Supreme Commander needed to do was to sit down and wait for his fellow peers to join him as he was eager to see what creative ideas they would have in store when it came with dealing with the Sith. Brosi would be theirs and today's meeting would bring them another step closer towards their ultimate goal of completing Project Tion and bringing forth the ultimate resurgence of Imperialism in the Outer Rim. Long live the Confederation.
