Sasha was intrigued. Out of all the men she had ever met Valik was the only one who was close to her intellectual equal. Yes, she was intrigued. She had responded in due course to Valiks call, not too quick an eager but not too slow. The time and date was arranged and they met at the starport on Skor II. “You called me for technical expertise. I am honored. Obviously you recognize my superior intelligence and technical aptitude. Just couldn’t do this one on your own could you?” A Squib walked by ans Sasha smiled. “I love Squibs. To them bargaining is the highest form of communication, and the more intricate a deal the better. They try to involve as many people as possible in transactions. It’s all so fun.”
