Sor-Jan is a fully trained Jedi Knight of the Old Republic, instilling in him the traditional Jedi mindset and approach to training (i.e. think Obi-Wan from A New Hope or Yoda from Empire Strikes Back)

PERSONALITY
Introspective. Sor-Jan is more interested in the mental and spiritual aspects of his student's development than the physical. Which isn't to say that he ignores the basic physical training, merely that he doesn't find personal, physical strength to be as important as a well-trained and disciplined mind.
