Null

NULL
Lodge

The beautiful forests of Null would be a resort if they weren't filled with dangerous and prized animals.

So instead it proved a paradise for hunters and the ruthless members of galactic elite. Many people filled the exclusive hunting lodges scattered in the more remote parts of the world, far away from the sprawling outposts and space ports. Perhaps more curious, however, were the number of Sith Acolytes who arrived in small number to train against the might of this hostile wilderness.

From time to time their likes filled the lodge halls, until they disappeared into the trees. Some arriving days later, others never returning at all. Or perhaps departing elsewhere.

Janeth found herself in one such lodge. This one owned by a ruthless warlord who artificially released exotic prey within a private reserve. Not all of that prey were non-sentient. Unfortunate slaves from powerful races--Wookies in particular--were let loose as well, to be hunted by the warlord's men and himself. Sometimes his guests would take part in the sport too. Many did so regardless of if they wanted to. It is rumoured that those who displease the warlord are often punished as result, or find themselves on the other end of the hunt.

No matter... Janeth entered the reserve with a forged invitation. One that originally belonged to some snobbish Twi'lek that just so happened to have gone missing days before his arrival. The code is valid, only the guest's identity changed to hers.

Now what would Janeth find on Null?

Null - Lodge

Jorryn wandered the exotic lodge in fine furs, the invitation coming to her through connections in the Sith Empire. She brushed her silver locks past the fox fur that was strung from her neck, taking a brief aside from the gathering to wander the halls. Most acolytes came to the planet in order to test themselves against the monstrosities living between the trees, but Jorryn herself lived for the finer things in life.

She hummed as she wandered through the wooden hall, spinning the glass of wine in her hand as her eyes gleaned the artistry decorating the walls.

The Saaraisash had sent her to continue the good faith with the landowners that controlled a large part of the government through bribery, as such the need to keep the rich people truly in control of Null grew ever more important.

The Echani had spent her time charming the nobles and business men gathered, the heads of local power bases taking to her easily as the exotic silver mane of her was something the group had rarely seen even among their visitors. Dinner had been going fine, but the company grew boring. Their excessive chatter of catching big game interested Jorryn little compared to the beings that she had fought, so she choose to excuse herself quickly in order to wander the halls and enjoy the solemness that wooden structures naturally carried.

Janeth too found herself alone in the halls. The lodge was quite large, but surprisingly empty of life. Maybe not surprising considering how many trophies were stuffed and mounted throughout. In her own curiosity, the Mandalorian spotted the Sith acolyte from the corner of one hall into the next.

This is now where her curiosity took her. Janeth did not stand out from the people who attended the lodge. She was a Mandalorian after all, and her people were among the most respected customers present. The ruthless warlord himself even employed their kind as bodyguards, though Janeth wouldn't consider them much more than thugs at this point. Her differences in identity as a Mandalorian were often controversial. Given her critical thoughts on her people's culture.

"Here to hunt?" She broke the silence, stepping around the corner to usurp Jorryn's attention. "Or do you just admire architecture?"
