Description: As Nubia was left to darkness at the turn of the Netherworld, the Republic quickly moved in to bring the faltering world under its wing and protection. The planet, having vital resources that the Republic desperately needed after being ousted from the core worlds held for millennia, would be key to its continued success in superb starship manufacturing. Though it would appear that many of its shipyards were in disrepair, a few months of cleanup and reorganizing would stabilize the corporation enough to begin ship construction once again. Having been under the rule of the Omega Protectorate prior to the Republic's claim on the world, it would require new contracts to be signed in the coming days to secure production lines, as well as to ensure the long standing quality of ships manufactured by NSD. With the loss of 85% of Republic shipyards including both KDY and Rendili Stardrives, it would be vital to secure new corporations capable of producing the quality of Republic vessels that had been renowned across the galaxy. Once the world had been stabilized, and order restored to the governing body, Sera decided to take the reigns of NSD, ensuring the success of the Republic's war effort going forward.
