HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Nova City was built after the events of the Netherworld had transpired, to provide the Narrikians a sense of community and unity. Nova City was designed to be the home of the Emperor, and also is where his palace is located. Nova City is the primary hub of interspecies trade and travel on the world of Setus Prime. It is also one of the areas where outsiders are allowed to walk freely.
