Notifications not showing

Yeah, so I have a slight problem. My notification wont show. When I click the "bell" a single blank line appaears. Not even the old notifications are there.
The strange part is that it only concerns my writer account (This one). It works fine for the sub-accounts.

Any admin who knows about this issue that can help?

I'm experiencing the same thing. Only happens on this sub-account. Happens across the board, whether chrome, firefox or phone
