No news is...

The inquiry would not be considered out of place in light of the situation. The fall of Coruscant had claimed many lives, the bulk of them Jedi with a scattering of Republic Forces who had sacrificed their lives to protect the Jedi Temple.

Normally, a tally and a list of the wounded and the dead would see an update through the holo-news in the segment marked for obituaries, after having their next of kin contacted if available. It would be easy to simply scan the list, look for a name or the alias for any specific sentient, all the while with baited breath and a sinking sensation at the pit of the stomach, as if waiting for it to freefall at the confirmation that would likely come.

But there was none.

Cira’s lips would purse as her golden gaze would linger over the list of hundreds of dead Jedi and Republic personale -- the single name she’d been searching for nowhere to be found and further inquiry towards his location coming back blank.

As if he’d fallen off the face of the Galaxy. Again.

A deep intake of breath would surge up her nose and through her lungs, the heavy sigh that followed flowing from her mouth as her back went sinking into her chair, the length of her hair falling over as the ceiling rose within her sight.

One could say that the sound of madness is simply the sound of silence -- and that no news is good news.

While concern would eat at her, as proven in the past, she could at the very least rest assure in that.

The blasted ass.
