Background
The first records of Nikole's existence are from Honorhall Orphanage, on Coruscant. An unknown human male dropped her and her twin sister ([member="The Black Hat"]) off as infants. In those days, she did not have even a name, and the caretakers there did not care enough to give her one.
Luckily, she ended up adopted before she could suffer the horrors of Honorhall, though she was subsequently separated from her twin.
She was adopted by a man named Dex Dorstar, an assassin looking for a protege to pass on his knowledge to. He saw a kindred spirit in Nikole, and raised her as his own daughter. As far as she is concerned, Dex is her father.
At a young age, he taught her to hide in plain sight. To this day, this remains her greatest strength, her ability to disappear. She would spend hours at a time finding places to hide in the most innocuous of locations, surprising even Dex at times.
However, her skills at the other fields of assassination left something to be desired.
Her skills with a blade, while not inept, were lacking. In a short fight, she could disarm or kill her opponent quickly with the element of surprise, but in an extended sword fight, she is quickly overwhelmed.
Still, she proved to be good at her field when going on hits with Dex, starting at the age of fifteen.
While not enjoying the act of killing, Nikole gained a reputation for taking out the people that deserve death for heinous crimes.
When she reached the age of eighteen, Dex was killed on a hit, leaving Nikole alone. Now by herself, she turned to the galaxy, hoping to use her skills to earn a decent living, maybe.
Personality
Nikole has always been rather somber. She doesn't smile often, and what little humor she does indulge in is usually sarcastic and biting.
