Strengths:
- WhisperThrust Engines: These engines allow for very little sensory in the waking of gasses left behind by the ship. making it harder for scans.
- Gravitic Modulator: Used to defeat Mass-sensors. making it harder to detect on scanners.
- Ion Afterburner: Seeing as how this craft was made for the use of in and out missions without being seen, sometimes when seen, you need to escape in a hurry. This is what it is meant for. To aid in escaping or simply to evade capture or destruction.
- Speed is Key: With the Dual Ion drives, as well as the Ion afterburners, this ship is very fast. Considerably faster, or as fast as some fighters.
- WhisperThrust Engines: While the engines allow for less detection during sublight travel, any burst of speed, or high speeds make the detection null and void. Meaning anything over medium speeds makes it very easy to scan the ship from this aspect.
- Gravitic Modulator: While it helps in keeping the ship under the table, it takes up a lot of room. meaning that while this ship could hold up to 15 dedicated people, it now can only hold 7. (this is also because of the Ion after burners)
- Ion Afterburners: When in use, the afterburners decrease maneuverability considerably. Making aerial maneuvers rather difficult to do. As well, it takes up space. Cutting down the available people to live in the ship from 15 to 7.
- Lightly Armored: While the ship has standard shields, In order to keep the afterburners functional, the ship will take a majority of the power from the shields to the afterburners. So if one lucky shot, or one great big blast comes their way, they are toast.
- Moderately armed: While this is supposed to be a mission vessel, it is still armed to protect itself as well as fight when needed. Most of the time the weapons will be used when needed, rather than all the time.
Built as a ship for missions, the ship is very much stealth oriented, while having a huge stance on speed, with moderate arming, and rather light armor. With the Ion afterburners, the ship is meant to rival fighters while still being able to carry gear, people, or even cargo from destination a to b. With stealth programs to help it get in and out, sometimes there are those who can still find those inside. As such, instead of trying to compete against a squadron of ships, it's better to just fly away. Speeding away faster than they can.
With light weapons, and even lighter shields, this ship is nowhere near a dedicated fighting vessel. Nor is it a tank to take hits from ships. With WhisperThrust engines, an Ion Afterburner, and a Gravitic Modulator, this ship has all that it really needs.
