Character Nianuke the Hunter

Nianuke Cyt (Nia), 20, female, Clan: Adopted into Clan Rook
Nianuke
was not born Mandalorian, but a Foundling brought into a small, isolated covert of Clan Rook. This particular sect of the clan had survived the Great Purge not through overwhelming firepower, but through absolute invisibility and mastery of the silent hunt. They focused on surgical, high-precision operations, specializing in deep infiltration and extraction—the kind of work that required far more discipline than brute strength. Nia was discovered on a forgotten industrial planet when she was six. She was already resourceful, possessing an unnerving talent for navigating ventilation shafts and avoiding detection.
Her mentor, a pragmatic and stern warrior known throughout the covert as the "Ghost Tracker." He instilled in Nia that Mandalorian strength is measured not by the noise you make, but by the efficiency of your silence.
When Nia was seventeen, she was tasked with a critical mission: securing proprietary data from a black-market broker whose information was vital for the covert's continued survival. The extraction was flawless until the retreat, where the broker's security forces ambushed Nia's mentor, who was providing overwatch. They was gravely wounded, caught in a collapsing industrial walkway. Nia faced a terrible dilemma: complete the extraction, secure the essential data, and return to the covert as ordered, or risk everything to rescue the only father figure she had ever known. Nia chose loyalty. She used her explosives to seal off the route, creating a massive diversion and allowing the broker's security to escape with their lives—but forcing her to abandon the vital data. She prioritized saving her mentor and getting him to an off-world medical bay, an action that exposed herself and violated the primary directive of the mission.
The first six months of her exile were brutal. She took cheap, dangerous bounties just to survive, often operating in the chaotic, close-quarters environments of massive orbital stations and sprawling, multi-level slums. The Rook armor, designed for patient infiltration and extraction, was constantly scraping against grating, getting caught on jagged edges, and absorbing countless low-power shots from desperate gangers. She decided that the armor was slowing her down and chose to remove parts of the armor to what she currently has now.
Nia specializes in Cyber-Security and Slicing and hand to hand combat.
Mainly uses a Cycler rifle and 2 WESTAR-35 blaster pistols.
