[SIZE=9pt]Force Suppression: On contact with a force ability or alchemized object such as barriers, shields, lightning the blade disperses the abilities. This effect even applying to those cut by it making it more difficult to focus on force usage. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Cursed blade: Just as the blade can suppress the abilities of the target, it does the same to the user. Whenever held in hand the blade weakens the user's force usage making something that would’ve once been easy difficult.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Weight: The weight of the Nguvu Kata is far above that of regular one-handed swords making its use far more tiresome over time.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Sins of the past: In return for doing as Uthixo wished the Sandali shaman’s also made the blade have a cost, that with each use that he’d be forced to relive memories of atrocious acts he committed while under Ledgermayne’s control. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]The Nguvu Kata was birthed of a dream, a dream in which Uthixo could finally end Ledgermayne’s control over him. A dream in where he’d finally be free to live his life. Willing to do whatever he must to turn this dream into reality, Uthixo went to the shamans of the Sandali people, those gifted with knowledge of the force, kneeling before and pleading with them to grant the warrior a way to atone for his past sins and acts.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Agreeing and accepting the Sandali warriors pleas the Shamans set to work. The finest blacksmiths of the Jiwe Tribe were put to work crafting the blade from phrik that Uthixo had brought from the galaxy at large. A material that they managed to hone into a fine blade with a sharp curve at the tip instead of a sharpened point. Though their inexperience with the material and crafting made it weigh far more than it should. During the creation process of the blade itself, there was a shaman overseeing it where the blade was treated with the natural properties a force imbued blade showed such as increased cutting power that could cut through most materials with ease, the more durable ones requiring effort. [SIZE=9pt]The completion of the weapon was only the first part, taking it before the shaman’s Uthixo had to wait three days and three nights, as they focused their energies on the weapon, bringing the mighty powers of the force to bear on it and enchanting it with the specified effect. An effect that made enchanting the blade all the more difficult and even coming with the side effect of affecting Uthixo whenever he used it. The imbuing of Force suppression in the blade makes it to whenever the blade comes into contact with a force ability or artifact it disperses it and whatever effects it may have. Such as cutting through a force barrier and dispelling it. One cut by the blade will have to suffer the fact that their connection to the force will be more difficult to maintain due to the suppression effects. Another enchantment was added to the blade, one to ensure that Uthixo was determined to use it for only the goal he’d come for. An enchantment that would corrupt Uthixo the more times he used it, each time forcing the Sandali to relive the horrific memories of acts he’d committed.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]When all was said and done Uthixo wielded a blade the likes of which he’d never seen nor had many other Sandali, its purpose and use clear. [/SIZE]
