Okay so hi. I'm new to this whole thing and would like to start a thread...I just don't know how. like when should my character be interested in a job, or where even am I right now. If anyone could give me some pointers or would like to make a thread, please do.

By way of invitation, (if you're not going to join a Faction and become part of a group,) then the best way would be to find yourself a writing partner(s). Then discuss with them what you both want to accomplish in your new short story. Easy as pie.

Writing partner?! That's difficult. I don't want to join a faction because it doesn't follow my characters story (not yet at least).


So do I just run around asking if someone wants to write with me? Because I'm very bad at that.

Ha. Well, it is the whole reason we created this LFG forum I suppose.

But yes. Usually you would in fact create a thread, right here, and advertise whatever adventure or story you were going to write. The idea is to attract writers who would want to invest their time and effort into building that story with you. It's... Surprisingly easy. Given that Star Wars is Star Wars. Lulz.

Anyway. Probably best to start with telling everybody what kind of story you want to write. What your character is striving to accomplish and all that. It's the perfect place to start when advertising your latest adventure.
