LFG New senator, who's this?

Yeah, got a new senator. His name is Lander and unlike my senator for Ord Providence, the now retired Valette Puritis Yumia , Senator Stalwart is a bit more of a gentle fellow. He lost people while fighting in the war, so he's more of a mellow, level headed type. Looking for the standard, political alliances, diplomatic missions, those sorts of things. Since he's also got a military background, I am not opposed to some combat as well should he be in a meeting-gone-wrong scenerio. Anyways, as always thank you in advance.

Dinner and drinks with a fellow new senator? A diplomatic mission for the freshman senators? (I'm not sure where, I'm not super up on the current events in the Alliance yet!) A visit to Sacorria or Chandrila and discussion of military matters, considering Lander's background?
