• Government Type: Krato-Theocratic Hegemony / Autonomous Client State to The Sith Empire

The Eternal Horde is organized into a clan based empire called a Khaanate in which The Burned God (Darth Vulcanus) serves as Great Khaan and supreme dictatorial authority. Below this station, however, are several other Khaans and warlords who vie for power through constant internal struggle. Might makes right and individual clans and rulers often kill and invade one another in an endless kratocratic struggle for power.​

• Capital: Gratos (Cultural), Zygerria (Governmental)

The Eternal Horde is a primarily Graug organization with their ranks swelled only by themselves and their slave/client races. As such the cultural capital has always been Gratos, the home world of the Graug. However, due to the isolated nature of their home world, The Eternal Horde has taken control of a world in Sith space to utilize as their current governmental capital.​
