Subject 6: Cassander Solimar has created a new group called Interstellar Contract Agency.
The Interstellar Contract Agency, or ICA, is a clandestine agency created by former First Order Security Bureau agent and super-assassin experiment Cassander Solimar, whose primary operations are intelligence gathering and assassination. Although politically neutral and ethically amoral, the Agency avoids accepting hits ordered by enemies of its allies in government bureaus to ensure cooperation from their allies. Additionally, the Agency has a policy of not accepting contracts on former clients. The ICA expects the utmost professionalism from its operatives in all branches of operation, and in turn they are rewarded handsomely for a completed operation.
Agents are responsible for carrying out field work, while Handlers act as "mission control", keeping their Agents updated on relevant information. Fixers act as cleanup detail after the ops that aren't so clean, tying up loose ends and making sure the ICA cannot be traced from the scene. Artisans are the ICA's weaponsmiths, who design the gear Agents use in the field.
