My guess would be that it this point it would be guarded by the Chiss Expansionary Defense Forces, who are currently our allies. Since the planet belongs to the One Sith and you're a Sith Knight, I imagine you could use your weight as a high-ranking Sith to gain access.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. The Netherworld event seems like it was ages ago
