Negative Emotions Intertwined

Failure was never a soiled solution to her, failure was success. Without failure, success could never be achieved. Trial and error was more than just a phrase, it was a way of life. For Darth Venefica, failure were the parents that gave birth to success. So when she failed for the tenth time, ruining this object, she didn't get angry or fall into a fit of rage; she simply chalked it up to lessons learned.
Discarding the ruined bone into a pile of bones as she exited the hidden chamber dug beneath the Thorn of the Black Rose, Darth Venefica needed to clear her mind and refocus it on what she was trying to accomplish. Perhaps she was overextending herself? No, that wasn't it. She was trying to hard. Yes, that was it.
Walking through the forest of Anaxes, she played over and over in her mind where she was going wrong. She had the knowledge. She had the power. She had numerous materials to work with. Yet, there were no positive results, or any signs she was close to what she was even trying to do.
"Think.....think.....think," she said to herself outloud as she was crossing a small stream running east and west in the forest.
"We are better than this!"
Darth Venefica stopped in the middle of the stream. It had been some time since she used the word 'we'. She glanced down at the amulet resting against her chest, debating with herself whether or not she should wake them up. At this pointe, she would welcome their assistance. Wrapping her right hand around the amulet, she mentally reached out for their help.

Through their mental link, she could feel them moving about in both her mind and the amulet that trapped their energies. But they refused to acknowledge her, perhaps feeling angered and chided after she had defeated them; taking a spit of her sanity back. Regardless of how they felt, she was their keeper. They only still existed because she had been infused to them, but it was her that still walked outside the confines of the amulet. She wasn't sure what would happen to her if the amulet was destroyed, but one of them had slipped in a fit of rage and accidentally told her she could transfer ownership of the amulet at any time; freeing herself from them.
This she held over their heads, leading them to their defeat.
"Your Keeper calls you forth," the words bellowing from her lips. Nothing.
"Your Keeper call you forth," she bellowed again, then added, "And you will obey!"
The stirrings in her mind began to intensify as she could feel the five debating among themselves who deserved to answer the call first. She had forgotten how much their arguing annoyed her. But she needed their help, so listening to the jibberish debates was a calculated risk. Then there was silence. Did they just agree to defy her?
"Why after all this time you choose to call upon us now," the voice of Darth Portia spoke.
"Because I need assistance."
Silence.
"I see. Perhaps you no longer deserve our help."
