I can't combine layers or merge two pictures, but I can pretty up single pictures you send. For either avatars or signatures. Need lighting, cool effects, or text with cool fonts? I can probably do that!
RULES:
1.) I can't combine more than one picture into a single layer.
2.) I can't do borders.
3.) I can't do tags... although I wanna learn how.
4.) Please post your request clearly. Please tell me everything you want done - and please keep it simple.
5.) Please post links to the image your want edited.
6.) She specific, even tell me what fonts you want used for the text. There are some effects I can and can't use, but I'm getting better.
