Nebula. A cradle of star-stuff. Now imagine that sheer volume of creative power at the touch of a keypad. Nebula™ is ATC's answer to your increasing data storage needs, a vast aether of unlimited information space that never faces physical degradation. Nebulas can be classified as public, private or hybrid.

Nebula computing, or in simpler shorthand just "the Nebula", also focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the shared resources. Nebula resources are usually not only shared by multiple users but are also dynamically reallocated per demand. This can work for allocating resources to users.

Characteristics of Nebula
  • Agility
  • Device and location independance
  • Multitenancy
  • Performance
  • Productivity
  • Reliability
  • Scalability and Elasticity via dynamic provisioning of resources
  • Security that is improved due to centralization of data and increased security focused resources.*

Optional services include Sidekick™ a Nebula™ storage device.

*Nebula data processes poses privacy concerns because the service provider can access the data that is on the Nebula at any time. It could accidentally or deliberately alter or even delete information. An ATC Nebula provider may share information with third parties if necessary for purposes of law and order even without a warrant.

That is permitted in their privacy policies which users have to agree to before they start using Nebula services. Solutions to privacy include policy and legislation as well as end users' choices for how data is stored.

Users may also encrypt data that is processed or stored within the Nebula to prevent unauthorized access.

Thank you for being patient while I reviewed your submission, I had a few questions but they have since been answered. The concept is interesting, you have worked out it well enough and Seydon would be proud of the entirety of it.

So... approved.
