Founded by Rick Kaloo and other Mon Calamari who wanted to take a special military twist to Mon Calamari designs, its goal was to supply its customers with unique military warships. Setting up a base on Mon Calamari, Kaloo and his aides started planning and making ship designs. The company was still new and not very significant.
However, Ne-Cal's workers worked hard to gain such recognition. They took some concepts of warship designs and combined them with others, as well as finding ways to remove flaws. Their craft mostly focused on defense and a balanced arament.
RATIONALE
Rick Kaloo and a group of other like-minded Mon Calamari who had been friends since youth started a small business on Mon Calamari. His peers elected him to become the chairman of the company, and he began a series of ship designs.
