Description: What we have here is the latest in a long line of ugly freighters from Silk Holdings. Technically a light corvette, the Mynock Hunter is a large break-bulk freighter that is capable of filling several roles. Slightly inspired by the historic Rebel Transport, the Mynock Hunter is capable of carrying whatever someone needs wherever they want it to go. One advancement it makes it a strange array of weaponry, perhaps the first modification a captain and their crew make to this vessel is the weapons loadout. Of course, the point and purpose to the vessel is to allow for modulation on all facets around its space frame and it is rare to see two identical Mynock Hunters in the same system.

This is a bit too much for a corvette. The ship has 20 capital guns. This is not alot too much but it is still beyond what we can give you without development.

The Heavy Ion Batteries by themselves would be 16 guns. (4 for the bat x2 for heavy x2 bats)
The Turbolasers are dual batteries and would be 4 guns (2 for the dual x 1 for the tlas x 2 bats)


A corvette usually only has 8 to 12 guns total. Since its minor we can stretch it a bit but not out to 20. Could you make the Ions dual heavy ion cannons instead of the batteries? This would get you to 12 capital guns which is perfectly doable. Or you could do 10 posts with the minor production and keep it 20.

Average Sublight Speed is not a weakness. This falls right in the sweet spot of a ship this size, which is fine, you just can not use it as a weakness.

Not a primary attack vessel is not a weakness either. What a ship is designed as is what it is This is built like a front line corvette. if it had very low weapons or weak armor and shielding I could see using this but not as the ship is designed currently. Please remove these.

The weapon weakness isn't a great weakness either. this is a balanced corvette which uses all of the weapons types allowed. Can you please come up with another weakness. With the size, weapons, and load capacity Maneuvering would be the weakness that makes the most sense. Giving it a maneuvering rating of 12 would offset the ship and balance it giving you a weakness.

[member="Coren Starchaser"] ok that will make the will take care of the weapons, but can you remove the sublight speed and not a primary attack vessel weakness. its still normal speed and can not be used as a weakness. and its still a balanced vette, the other weakness will work now though.
