His primary loyalty, outside of the Mandalorian chain-of-command, is money, and money alone.

His use of heavier Beskar'gam, while it does protect him from a good deal of damage, also makes him a good deal slower than, say, an Echani fighter in lighter armor or something.
Misc:
Tracinya does not belong to a clan, nor does he wish to anytime soon.
He generally does not get involved in politics, but he'll hunt down any who make an enemy of him with a burning need for vengeance, hence the name Tracinya be Gra'tua, or Flame of Vengeance.
Whenever he is at a cantina, he'll generally sit back and watch the 'show,' enjoying a glass of tihaar as he relaxes.
