Description: This device is a new, highly-innovative voice changer from Mystic Tekk. It has preset voices of most known species, in case the secondary feature is inconvenient. Besides the preset voices, this device comes with a very unique feature. It has a scanner on it, that when used on someone's neck-area, scans their vocal chords. It analyzes the chords' structure, and figures out what their voice sounds like. The user can then replicate the voice they scanned, and fool anyone who hears it. This device also has high-quality anti-decryption tech built into it, courtesy of Mystic Tekk's best hackers and computer analysts. This prevents most computer systems from detecting the forged voice, and decrypting it. One of this device's main disadvantages is that the scanner only works from up to 2.2 meters away. After that length, the voice will begin to sound less and less like the desired sound.
