There are perimeter and interior mines placed strategically around the homestead. There are a few patrolling droids, but nothing overpowering or threatening. Most of the homestead's defenses are naturally designed such as the hills, the lower rage of trees, and the three sides surrounded by water (lake).
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The homestead once belonged to his parents. After the death of his parents, the homestead fell into near ruins with the lack of a caretaker to keep it's daily upkeeps. After some passing years, Marimax returned home where he began restorations on the buildings; adding to the land more fitting to himself.
The homestead was already entertaining a farm to grow crops and a irrigation system to keep the crops properly watered through a timer system, which he added an enclosed dome to protect them from the elements.. The animal pens were present, but he updated them so they could hold more capacity and larger animals. The pens also could be utilized to breed animals; all a source of food. The lakes around the homestead could be easily fished. A barn was built to do what barns do, store supplies. A landing pad was already in place, he just needed to repair the foundation.
His additions where more befitting to who he was. First, he erected a gym in which he could physical train to remain fit and in shape. To keep his aim perfect, he built on the land a gun range; which doubled as a testing site for new inventions.
The blacksmith forge and maintenance garage where built for several purposes. Inside, he made magic. He would create weapons, gear, and other toys needed to survive in the galaxy; also selling them to others via the weapons shop. Also, naturally, the garage was designed to make repairs on his vehicles and ship; as well turn a profit buy working on prospective customers.
In terms of security, the lake and the situated land upon which the homestead rested acted as a natural defense. To further the safety, he purchased a few droids to patrol the grounds, and placed land mines in certain areas he believed that could be easily breached.

- Accessibility: The homestead can be accessed by a lone road or by the landing pad. There is nothing that prevents anyone from visiting / entering the homestead. The homestead is on the outskirts of Braslin, a few kilometers to the south. There is minor defenses, such as mines and a few patrolling droids; but nothing concrete to prevent an onslaught of ill-tempered characters.
- Description: The homestead sits atop one of the many hills around the village Braslin. The homestead is spread out across the hill, with a natural defense of trees at the bottom and a lake that covers three of the four sides; with only a single accessible road that winds upward to the homestead.
- Blacksmith Forge: The forge serves two purposes, the first is to fabricate and smelt melee style weapons. The second is to create armor. The forge also creates accessories to both weapons and armor crafts.
- Maintenance Garage: Here in the garage, repairs are made on farm equipment and other vehicles. It also serves as a means of finances to repair neighbor's equipment.
- Weapons Shop: In the back of the shop, Marimax creates ranged weapons including explosives and other types of ordnances. Also, like the garage, he offers his personal services to repair his neighbor's weapons and sell them newly designed weapons.
- Farm (Crops): As stated, there are rows of differing crops that can be harvested for food.
- Irrigation System: A complex system that waters the nearby crops.
- Animal Pens / Barn: Houses the few types of animals; some for food, breeding, and milking.
