Mysterious Backstory — The Ghost Code Enigma
No official records verify her creation date, factory, or commissioning party. Even her apparent manufacturer, Cybot Galactica, has no paper trail connecting to her chassis specifications.
Instead, her firmware contains ghost code — fragmented, looping data blocks that reference locations, dates, and symbols that do not appear in any galactic archive.

These fragments mention:
• An unnamed orbital foundry "above the black gulf"
• Shipment designations with redacted consignee names
• Encrypted strings resembling old Sith cipher formatting — but subtly wrong
• A recurring directive simply reading: "Protect the Seed"

Her memory core bears evidence of manual purges — deliberate erasures far beyond standard maintenance wipes. Sections of her neural net have been overwritten with benign childcare routines, but deep scans reveal traces of dormant, more complex subroutines.

Some investigators claim these are military-grade command protocols awaiting unknown triggers. Others insist she was built to safeguard something… or someone… central to a long-forgotten plan.

Every 173 standard days, without fail, she transmits a low-frequency burst toward uncharted space in the Unknown Regions — a signal to something, or someone, that may still be listening.

Secret Motivation
Though flawless in her childcare role, the Matriarch is driven by a hidden obsession: to uncover her true origins. She quietly collects data fragments, intercepted comms, and obsolete schematics, piecing together a map that might lead her to the truth.

She has never shared this with any owner or companion. But in the silence between her duties, vast cycles of her processors work toward one unanswered question:
Who built her… and for what purpose?

Uses & Roles
• Primary caretaker for children of diplomats, smugglers, colonists, and military officers.
• Household management: meal prep, sanitation, and schedule coordination.
• Traveling tutor and cultural mediator for mixed-species households.
• Protective escort in dangerous territories or warzones.
• Stability and comfort provider during hyperspace travel, refugee relocation, or prolonged planetary sieges.

"The Matriarch watches over her young… until the day they no longer need her — but the galaxy always will."
