Rationale: Following a recent harvest of ysalamir for technology, Mia came to believe there was more to be had from the creatures on Myrkr and developed the farm and research facilities.

Description: The development of the Bral required careful consideration of Myrkr’s native species. With the huge number of ysalamir required it was importnat that the farming was not only efficient but also eco friendly. It was important that the ysalamir and the Vornskr remained intact as a species in order to further the Mandalorian’s needs. To prevent wiping the species out, Miri Farms has set upe several harvesting sites for the ysalamir across the surface of Myrkr and in he swamps of Dromund Kaas. Each area on Mykyr is 20km2 and the harvesting is rotated month on month to ensure that the stock is not depleted and ensures that the Mandalorians do not have to start taking wild stocks. The areas are fenced and any Vornskr have been captured and relocated outside of the fence lines to protect the yslamari within. The farms on Dromund Kaas are much smaller, the largest being only 2km2, and are primarily used in research.
On top of the farming for use in a research and development facility has been set up to carry out research on the ysalamri, on both Myrkr and Dromund Kaas. Research includes developing better nutrient tanks for ysalamari, taming of Vornskr, and other private research. Most products developed by Miri Farms will be used within the Madndalorian United Clans but some exceptions may be made.
Miri Farms is not designed to make big money, it is designed to make better use of resources available to the mandolorians. Some other, larger companies, may wish to fund research projects and through this, and funding from the Mandalorian government is how it will remain afloat.
