Miraxus Incorporated is a privately owned company run by Cecile Miraxus for the purpose of catering to the needs of a select clientele. With locations on Coruscant, Empress Teta and Ord Mantel, Miraxus Inc focuses on providing services to private corporations, medical facilities, and select private parties.
The clones used are grown from genetic material collected by the company cloning department and modified or enhanced according to client specifications. Medical centers can use the same technology to give new life to terminal patients and unsalvagable bodies. This process however is expensive and requires consent to be implanted.
RATIONALE:
Miraxus incorporated is a privately owned company started by heiress Cecile D. Miraxus (owner), [member="Kai-Sin"] (Geneticists and head of development), and [member="Sidon Eshe"] (Investor). The company's primary technology was a theorized by Lady Miraxus while studying a scientific journal regarding the process of Entechment.
After several weeks of research she approached noted geneticist Kai-Sin to discuss the plausibility of biological transference of a person from one body to another.
Using her own credits to fund the research they finally found a means of transferring a person's essence to a cybernetic crystal data-matrix implant that could then be transferred and implanted into a new body.
