Status
Not open for further replies.
This auction has only one lot:
The blueprints and production rights for the Gehenna-class Frigate. This is a capital ship fully capable of operating as a ground-level attack platform. In effect, it is a 250-meter tank with 25 turbolasers and a hangar full of other tanks.

This auction will close in 4 hours, at 10:15EST. It is open to corporations only.

Starting bid is 50,000,000cr. Winner agrees to continue to provide the Gehenna-class to the Fringe Confederation and is free to sell it on the open market.

Young Saera had a poodoo load of money; we're talking, swimming in credits. She knew she could not use Ri'ess Regal Drives as her represented company due to her mother's last time firing her, and she could not use her (other) mother's entertainment and realty business since it did not have any capability of producing items - at least not known, and not on the scale to which was required. However, she'd become a member of the Ri'essi Union turned Crystal Road Commerce Council due to her employment in RRDI as well as her propriety of the Crystal Heart. This have her a proverbial foot in the door to use the CRC's collective funds - ranging in the hundreds of millions range just between Aynea and RRDI alone - to make proper investment using an allied company as a front...

...The Arcrystal-Mnaya Corporation.

Miss Mnaya was not without benefits to the deal, though. Arcrystal-Mnaya would buy the rights at auction, but sign a contract with RRDI to outsource manufacturing. She'd make a bit of change on the side and the CRC would be able to provide in mass production via RRDI and labeled as Arcrystal Astronautics to both the Fringe Confederation and the Commonwealth. This was one advantage of having a union.
It was the same scene as before.
"One hundred and fifty million, bare minimum production costs, and any derivatives, components or upgrades designed at discount wholesale prices."
Aless was more at ease this time around, as she could afford to start climbing into the triple-digits a fair bit knowing in confidence that it could quickly be regenerated by Ri'ess Regal Drives upon selling just four or five - and contracts were already being conceptualized by the company.

(((Edit: lol, sniper-bid and there's not even competition. oh well...)))
