The Demon of Jedha
Wearing: Pheremone Mastery Gown
Armed with: Tranquilizer Ring.
Current Configuration: Lorna (See Bio)
Objective: Feed
Naboo was such a lovely place in the evening...
The Biot haunted its ornate streets, blended with the nature outside its walls, a curvy creature of voluptuous persuasion clad in a skintight semitransparent silvery sheath of a gown, its ends trailing behind her on freshly cleaned streets.
This current configuration was geared towards psychological treatment. Not just because it was very useful for Westenra to study humans in general to act more like them, but because it allowed her to more accurately get prey to trust her enough to be isolated for feeding. She had been here, in fact to begin therapy with another patient the very next day.
The curvy android with pink eyes and dark olive skin had fed on six so far. She wanted a 007th meal before retiring for the evening.
She had spotted him earlier, glancing at her. Admiring her. Her attractive appearance was like the colorful feathers on some bird doing a mating dance.
The silvery garbed Artificial Vampire had made sure to let him notice her as she moved amongst the crowds, right before the shops closed, knowing he was paying more attention as she perused open air markets, sampling delicate silks from a hundred different world, military grade pheremones befuddling everyone next to her, spreading through the air, allowing her to hypnotize any around her. Though she only wanted one.
However it was like trying to hook a particularly shy fish in a lake. You needed just the right bait. She had him figured in 007 minutes of discreet observation...he wouldn't approach of his own accord...but she could see the intrigued curiosity on his face due to her analysis programs for the brief second he had glanced her way. His curiosity made her want to stalk him. She loved drinking the energy of those she regarded as beautiful.
Finally after a few minutes of befuddling the crowd around her, Lorna decided a more direct approach was necessary...the pheremones were clearly having some effect yet he simply wasn't biting the hook...
Lorna slinked to him across besotted crouds, almost shivering in anticipation of the feed. He was handsome. She thirsted for his energy, to feel him melt in her arms before the paralytic Tranquilizer froze him in place for easy feeding, after which, his fang marks would be treated witch bacta to erase evidence. She wasn't killing him..the most he would suffer was a few hours memory loss. He looked like he worked for Locke and Key...she spotted the logo on his gray jacket. He wore black slacks and boots and his skin was a mild tanned tone, hair brown with streaks of light gray on the sides. He had been buying a box of candies and seemed to be walking home with a cane.
She made sure to X-Ray scan him for weapons. She didn't want to risk any nasty surprises as she followed him.
She decided for a simple ploy. She slinked up to him, pheremone output at maximum.
"Nice night for a walk..." she mentioned, instantly gaining his attention as he walked down a lonely, empty street, Her scans providing no signs of weaponry, though she detected unusual nervous system anomalies she couldn't identify.
"Oh! Uh...yeah. Nice night for a walk." The man replied. She noticed his nervousness increased. The challenge was thrilling. She dialed back the pheremone output. She always tried to lull a target for feeding through charm unless she was in a hurry.
"Forgive my ignorance...I recently arrived from abroad and I do not know your city..." she began (With Earthly Feet: 90 XP) "I've been looking for the local outpost of the business you work for, because I have an appointment there tomorrow..."
(Sinister Latin Chanting)
Oddly, the man's nervousness increased...leaving the Vampire baffled...
(Cutaway of bullets bouncing off Superman's Chest)
What Lorna didn't know was that the man had been a survivor of the invasion by the Lords of the Sith back on Alderaan. Some quirk of genetics had allowed him to survive a prototype chemical weapon deployed by the Sith almost unscathed, at the cost of some minor nueral scarring that caused occasional burning pain everywhere on his body despite there not being a mark on it. It truly had been a one in a million quirk of the DNA that had allowed an otherwise ordinary person to survive what would have killed anyone else.
It had produced a side benefit as well...
The nueral scarring caused pain, but his immune system had mutated in response to the chemical, making him nearly immune to forms of chemical weaponry, including those deployed and working via skin contact such as acids. His skin could even detect its presence at very close ranges now as a hyper reaction to exposure. The only price was occasionally a few minutes of fiery pain on a random part of the skin. When I say random, I 'mean' random.
The other thing Lorna didn't know, was that when he was very young, he had fought a SithSpawn to the death with his father's cane, a reflec coated shaft concealing a dagger of blessed Mandalorian Steel, which vibrated in the presence of SithSpawn.
Though Lorna was an organic droid, her technology was, at the heart of it, close enough to the nature of certain types of SithSpawn (Despite being a product of pure, albeit extremely advanced science) that the sword treated her no different from one and vibrated subtly.
Terrence Star-Hand was about to have an unpleasant week as a result of all of this.
Westenra's pheremones would count as a chemical weapon in most civilized quarters.
Terrence had been confused by the bewitching chemicals before knowing their source. Terrence had noticed she had deliberately appeared multiple times to catch his gaze. She was admittedly quite voluptuous. The dress helped matters. But Terrence wasn't stupid. As much as he was attracted to her, his ancestral weapon never lied...
"It's...about a few avenues north from where we are."
"Really?" she pressed, getting a few inches closer. "You look like you're heading north. Would you mind if I walk with you? I have a stop to make along the way...perhaps you could point it out to me..."
The Android noted with continued confusion that his nervousness seemed to be fast approaching towards terror...something was definitely wrong.
"I really...I really should be going..." Terrence said. "You'll spot it if you just keep traveling along this path..."
Lorna noticed the candy-box. It was large. Heart shaped.
"For a significant other?" Lorna asked.
"Uh...yeah...it is...forgot to pick it up earlier. Barely managed to reach it before the shop closed." Terrence answered with a nervous laugh.
"You must care for them greatly...its very considerate of you..."
"Thanks for saying that. I do try..." Terrence replied. The timing would need to be perfect...
Lorna's hands were faster than his, siezing Terrence's wrist as he twisted the silvery dagger free, stopping its point before it could pierce her chest.
He struggle against Wookiee like strength, forced back against the wall.
"Clever..." Lorna said softly...
Terrence pressed a switch hidden on the free handle concealing the dagger...and it extended due to its special construction, shooting right through her heart.
Lorna gasped in shock and pain as the paralysis began...
One week later...
Wearing: Businesswear
Armed with: Tranquilizer Ring
Current Configuration: Lorna (See bio)
The Lorna walking the streets of Naboo was not the same Lorna who had disappeared a week earlier.
The Lorna who stepped off the shuttle, clad in a tight fitting Black Business Suit with glasses covering her pink eyes and holding a black briefcase, was instead here to convertly investigate a series of supposed Vampire attacks on Naboo. Attacks that left victims dead. Dead and dismembered.
She also had to take up the missing copy's therapy case, but the real concern was these vamp attacks. Nine Lives feared the copy had gone insane and wanted it tracked and brought in immediately.
The latest attack had occured a a Locke and Key Mechanics outpost near a quiet neighborhood where many of its employees resided while handling shipments for desired products...hopefully Lorna could get some clues...she had gone in as a psychologist to help interview one of the witnesses to the brutal attack, not knowing she would encounter
John Locke
in the process.
Lorna turned heads for her sheer beauty as she went to clean up what was technically her mess as she walked the peaceful streets of Theed...
