Speedy Gonzalez - the ship's performance has been greatly focused towards its speed. Compared to the original design of the ship that is the marauder class Corvette. It has dropped in fire power to make sure it can support its speed.
Emp resistant - the ship is able to withstand electromagnetic pulses.

Cat - While the ship has some armaments for self defence it has a lot less than the original design of the ship. This means in a large fleet battle it could barely achieve a support role from the far back as it is very vulnerable to attack.
Too physical - the ship would take damage from physical type weapons like railguns due to the shield is only able to absorbs hits from energy based weapons.
Description:
This is new a sleek design of the Marauder class Corvette. The shape is much smoother and more modern. Although this ship is very much different from the original in terms of hardware that makes the ship go. The engines have been fine tuned and remodeled to achieve much greater speeds and maneuverability, but it does come with the setbacks that it uses a considerably more power. Along with other systems there has been a few changes meaning the weapons have been changed out to smaller and less. The woman who requested the ship was adamant to have a ship that could evade a blockade.
The ship contains minimal crew. Every weapon mount has it's own individual droid brain meaning they are automatic. The brains also take up most of the controls in the bridge. This allows the ship to be handled by flown by one person and manned by several droids around the ship for more labor intensive jobs. Due to the lack of crew needed for this ship. An entire floor that would have been used to accommodate a crew has been turned into a luxury living space with bedrooms living quarters that has state of the art entertainment systems, kitchen, two large bathrooms, walk in storage closet. Anything you'd find in a high end apartment you would find here.
The ship also comes with a few internal upgrades the old versions did not. That is been the fully kitted out communications room. It is able to intercept open lines with ease and some low level secure channels at a closer proximity. The ship also has a Hyperwave inertial momentum sustainer. The device is used to counteract interdiction fields and artificial gravity wells. This stops the ship been dragged into real space in the events of an interdiction field been used. However if the ship is already in real space they will still be affected by the gravity well.
