Mid High Class (Wes Jorel)

Coruscant
Home of the One Sith. It was a rather ironic thought as the planet was the home for the Republic, or at least was. Now, it was ruled by the Sith, and it didn't seem like that was going to change any time soon. Ferus walked about the surface of the world with both arms resting behind his head. Dressed in his normal suit he was searching for something, anything, to do. He was ultimately bored, having just deciding to take a break from his pet project he was working on.

Of course, he hoped to find something, or someone, to entertain him, and he hoped it would be soon.

Wes Jorel was walking around Coruscant just to get some fresh air. He was somewhat lost in his thoughts. 'What am I going to do with my life?" Wes thought. He had been thinking about that ever since the ran away from the Republic at the age of 18 and joined the Sith. He came to the Sith to better his force abilities and become a Sith Lord.

Also, among his thoughts was what has been going on on Rhigar since he left when the disappearances began. Oh how he loved Rhigar. But being on the Sith capital was a far better choice if he wanted to be a better Sith. A person almost ran into Wes. "Hey watch where you're going!" Wes yelled towards the person. When he turned around he accidentally ran into a man. When Wes got up he said, "Sorry sir. Wasn't watching where I was going." He reached down to help the man up.

[member="Darth Ferus"]

Falling onto his rump was something Ferus did not like to do. At all. Finding himself on the ground, he would look up rather slowly to [member="Wes Jorel"] with a dark flare forming in his eyes. Brushing the boys assistance off, he would push himself up and dust his coat down for a moment or two. "You should be much, much more careful child." The blue gaze of the red man would settle upon Wes's features. "Tell me your name."

Wes backed up as the man was getting himself up. "Sorry about that. I guy ran past me and almost ran into me so I turned and told him to..." Wes just decided to shut up. I don't think this is the type of person I want to get on the wrong side of. Wes thought. When the man asked him for his name, Wes said, "My name is Wes Jorel sir."

" [member="Wes Jorel"] eh?" A dark glare would continue on the boys figure for a moment or two, but the gaze would soften and the red man would reach out to pat his shoulder. "Ah, I can feel you now. Tell me, what do you know of the force?" Having finally felt Wes's signature, Ferus had decided that he wasn't just fodder. He would make Wes useful, and if the boy couldn't be, he would die. But he was sure that wouldn't be the case.

Wes relaxed when the man patted his shoulder. "I don't know that much about it. I accidentally discovered I was force sensitive. That's why I came to the Sith." Wes said. "I hope you don't mind me asking, but what's your name sir?"

[member="Darth Ferus"]

"So you came here to be a Sith? Tell me, how easy are you expecting this to be for you?" A slight grin formed over the red mans face as he watched [member="Wes Jorel"] . Already the Darth was formulating a plan for the younger man, a plan he wanted to bring Wes in without any sort of hesitation. "My name is Darth Ferus, how would feel about being my apprentice?"

"Well, I expected that becoming a Sith Lord would be physically demanding. I guessed it might be emotionally challenging at some points." Wes said to [member="Darth Ferus"]. When Darth Ferus asked Wes if he wanted to be his apprentice, Wes was excited. "I'd be honored to be you're apprentice."

"Very well." Well, that was easier than the red man had anticipated. Casting his glance around the area he would reach up to run the back of his head, letting his thoughts flow through. There were many more questions for [member="Wes Jorel"] , but Ferus was very sure that they would have to wait until the pair made it to a much safer location. Holding up a hand, he would motion for the boy to follow him.

"We can discuss this more, follow me."

"Yes sir." Wes Jorel said. He started following [member="Darth Ferus"]. This is the best thing that ever happened to me since I left the Republic. Wes thought.

For [member="Wes Jorel"] , this may be the best thing to happen to him. For this moment. Darth Ferus could be a cruel man when he felt it appropriate, and Wes's joy would soon turn to hate. A small grin formed on the red mans face as he brought the boy to the Sith temple. Here he would learn that the Sith are not a joyful group, and that he may not be so glad by the end of the day.

"Here is where you shall sleep, train, eat, and possibly die if you fail. You will be stuck here until you have proven capable enough to be let out onto the field. Do you understand?"

"Yes sir." Wes said to [member="Darth Ferus"]. I might die. Wes thought. That's a bit depressing. He was in awe at the Sith Temple. He couldn't believe he was there. It felt like a dream. But that dream could easily become a nightmare.

"To the left shall be your training room. I suggest you go and prepare yourself while I.. Collect something." There was a hint of danger to the statement, but Ferus would leave [member="Wes Jorel"] to explore his surroundings. In the mean time, he did go off to collect something. A surprise for the boy, and a test for him at the same time. The Darth could not let the weak stay in the temple after all.

When [member="Darth Ferus"] left Wes alone, he just looked around and said, "Wow." He walked over to the training room. He didn't know what to do, but he didn't care. He had a chance to be a Sith Lord and he wasn't going to blow it.

OOC: Sorry I didn't check my replies over the weekend. I was busy packing.

It wasn't long until Ferus stepped in behind [member="Wes Jorel"] , folding his arms over his chest. "Enjoying the view? I wouldn't. There are much more pressing matters." With a slight nod of his head to the left, the Sith would motion to a Kath Hound he himself had brought in. It was a hungry beast, but quiet. Ferus had made sure the beast would be quiet after all. "You're to fight this and show me what you can do. And not die, of course." A smile would form on the mans face as he spoke to Wes. He wasn't going to let the hound kill the boy of course, but he did want to test him.

And make him think that the dog would kill him.

When Wes turned and saw the hound his smile disappeared from his lips. Uh oh. Wes thought. When [member="Darth Ferus"] told Wes that he was to fight the hound and not die he thought, Well, that's a goal I can work towards. He remembered some of the fighting classes his dad enrolled him in on Taboon. "I'm to fight the hound without a weapon, yeah?" Wes asked.

"Feel free to use anything in this room at your disposal boy. I'm sure there's something in here for you to use." The smile remained, and he motioned for the dog to go forward. With a low growl the beast would begin it's stalk towards [member="Wes Jorel"] , its fangs dripping with hunger. Dark and blue eyes fixated on the boy, both the master and the hound curious on what would happen next.

Wes glanced nervously towards [member="Darth Ferus"] as he started backing away for the hungry hound. All of a sudden, the hound pounced on him and knocked Wes down. Wes used his left hand to keep the hound's teeth away from him and used his right hand to try and pull a metal cylinder to his hand. Instead of going to his hand, the cylinder flew into the hound's temple that knocked the hound off of him. He ran and picked up the cylinder and asked Darth Ferus, "How am I doing so far?"

OOC: Sorry for my long leave of absence.
