DESCRIPTION
The MHCR-D30 was a military protocol droid designed to aid officers at HQ or on the field offering on-site translation, logistics support, statistical analysis and a variety of other useful tasks. They were particularly helpful during wartime as they could give updates and insight on troop morale, offer strategic advise, and could even act as a scout in a pinch. Unlike standard protocol droids which were often stiff moving and had awkward gaits, the MHCR-D30 operated with the human-like fluidity of a combat model, though it had no combat programing by default, allowing it to follow its unit to hell and back without being a hinderance.

Since the end of the Gulag Plague they have been a staple in militaries from across the Galaxy. Most recently, they have seen rapid growth in the Galactic Alliance. Despite the era of general peace earned by the Jedi, small skirmishes and minor military actions still plagued the outskirts of Alliance territory. As a way to reduce personnel usage in these less important conflicts, droids were more frequently used for both administrative purposes and frontline combat. In these droid units they could operate quite comfortably as frontline commanders and acted as superb command liasons for Jedi in the field or organic GADF officers.

DESCRIPTION
Conceptualized during the final years of the Second Great Hyperspace War, the Emerald Hammer defense platform completed its first vessel after the fall of Exogol and was deployed in orbit above Coronet city. Meant for coordinating a unified defense of the planet from invaders, the defense platforms were massive stations. The main gun was based on the ground-based Emerald Lance and was an extremely powerful turbolaser propelled slugthrower. The station also sported hundreds of turbolasers, laser cannons, missile launchers, and smaller rail cannons for its defense should capital ships stray too close to fire its principal weapon safely. While the vessel held dozens of powerful cameras and sensors for its targeting, it relied on spotter vessels to feed target data into it for precise shots, limiting its firing speed greatly as the battle flowed around it.

The main body of the station was flanked by three towers which served multiple functions. Each of the towers maintained living quarters for not only the crew of the station but also the crews of vessels impounded by CorSec. Each of the towers had hangars, both large and small, that could accommodate vessels of various sizes while they disassembled their cargos and interrogated their crews. They also held civilian markets and other various amenities for the families of the crew to utilize when stationed on there.

After deploying the first Hammer, they slowly but surely deployed the rest of the network above Corellia's other major population centers, creating a strong defense network above the Corellian Confederation's capital world. Slowly, the other populated worlds of the Corellian system saw the deployment of one or two Hammers as well, though theirs were smaller than the behemoths that guarded the gates to the core's Great Green Jewel.
