DESCRIPTION

Enyo was designed by Archangel as a living weapon. Possessing a phrik endoskeleton with faux skin covering it, she possesses superhuman strength, is very durable and relentless in combat, while retaining a human brain and enough organic parts to draw upon the Force. Both template and clone have an affinity for brutal tactics in combat. But unlike her mirror Siobhan Kerrigan, Enyo's more of a melee combatant, preferring to get up close and personal with her enemies. Thus she is also more of a duellist. What Enyo noted during a variety of engagements was that previously rare metal alloys such as cortosis, phrik and so on had become increasingly widespread. She was ample proof of this since her skeleton is made of phrik, so she was not in a position to complain too much!

While a lightsabre is still a powerful weapon, it has trouble inflicting damage on opponents wearing suits made out of these alloys, unless it hits the same spot enough times for the metal to melt, or strikes the more vulnerable joint areas. Thus Enyo decided to make a weapon for herself that would be a way to get around this hurdle - one that would hurt by inflicting massive trauma upon an opponent.

Thus she decided to design a warhammer maul. This weapon would be made of beskar she managed to pillage during the Incursion. Lacking the knowledge herself, she paid a dar'manda Mandalorian her company employed to forge it for her. She only had enough resources to make one, which means she has to take care not to lose it in battle. The important thing about the hammer is its weight. Due to it being forged out of beskar, it is very heavy. This allows it to cause a good deal of damage, though only someone with enhanced strength like Enyo has much of a chance using it effectively.

The weapon is able to cause serious injury without penetrating a target's armour. A single blow is sufficient to break someone's bones and cause massive trauma, assuming it hits a target. It can transmit its impact through even extremely thick helmets and cause concussions. Furthermore, the hammer is equipped with spikes to give it some ability at focused penetration. These are most useful against gaps in an opponent's armour, where the armour plating is thinner. Furthermore, the spike ends are also useful for grappling.

However, as a tradeoff, the weapon is slow, even in the hands of a Terminatrix. An agile adversary could duck and dodge as the maul sweeps towards them. By contrast, a lightsabre is near weightless, which is something an agile duellist can use to their advantage, particularly those who specialise in the more acrobatic styles. The weapon is extremely difficult to destroy, but Enyo cannot use it to deflect blaster bolts or bullets. Finally, though extremely powerful, the hammer's strength has limitations. While Enyo would prefer otherwise, using her toy to punch through the hull of a tank or starship will have to remain confined to the realm of fantasy for her.
