Rationale: While Merr-Sonn handles the basic Vehicular needs of the clientele, it has become a necessity that the company be able to distribute ships. With the last of the amassed wealth with the recent close of the fiscal quarter, Valashu drained the pot to be apply it to the shipyard that would be located on Bespin.

Having purchased a rather decent sized lot, Valashu made appearances multiple times after, observing the designs and established factory that would be the main place of his Starship distribution. Armed with the highest grade of materials, manned (for the time being) by slavery, the factory would swiftly begin putting out works.
In mind, unlike the average ship company, is the durability and stealth style ships. That does not infer that those manufactured will never be attack ships, just that initially the man that avoids fights are the main target consumer.
Along down the road, plans for several ships fitted with stealth tech will be put into play first and foremost. Besides this, the closest to date plans involve creating new styles of weaponry to arm ships of varying sizes. Some might be new versions of canons, others might be torpedoes.
