I've noticed, while doing some helpful tipping for a new member, that the Banned Characters & Species list are not listed or referenced in the Character Creation rules. I feel that it would help new members find this sort of information best if it were either duplicated into that rule sheet (like the character creation rules are both in the top dropdown and a topic in the Character Creation board, just with the list inside of the pre-existing Character Creation Rules located in the dropdown for rules) or hyperlinked in some obvious fashion within those rules.
