Mercenary Boot Camp

[Kylo Kyr'am]

Location: Hoth
Purpose: Train the Mercenary Rangers.

100 Men and women attend in normal winter clothes lined up perfectly as of they were in the military, of course this sort of would be like the military this is the boot camp to train these men and women to become an elite set of Mercenaries for Mercs Weaponry and Justice Shipping Ltd.

Kylo Kyr'am stood in front of them no winter clothes on, just his normal attire and armor. His custom Beskar chest armor, gas mask and helmet, blue jeans, black Beskar toed boots, and his dark tan duster blowing in the wind. He looks over all of them. Standing next to Kylo was head of Security for Justice Shipping Ltd. [Member=GROWL]. Kylo begin speaking and in a raised voice to make sure he was heard over the wind.

Today you have signed up to become part of an elite Squad of Mercenaries known as the Mercenary Rangers. Over the next 6 months you will travel to various locations with all different environments, will be shown no mercy, and be giving the best Tactical military training that can be given. We are starting out here in the frigid weather we will begin with a 3 kilometer run that Captain Growl here will take you on then you will begin your first lesson in unarmed hand to hand combat. For the next 6 months your arses belong to Growl and I. I am Commander Kyr'am. Do I make myself clear?

All one hundred men and women shout "YES SIR" Kylo looks to Growl. "They are all yours" Kylo steps back.

As [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] handed the group of recruits to him Growl decided that instead of doing old school training that it'd be better to weed out the weak sooner rather than later.Growl walked down from the platform he was on and got right in the center of the recruits.He was standing roughly 2 meters on front of them as so he could be heard but also kept some distance as not to be disrupt their train of thought.

"Gentlemen remove you're shirts,ladies remove your jackets but please keep you're shirts on as we wouldn't want any 'mistakes' to happen on this run.You will be running a 5 kilometer distance rather than 3 and as you now know you will be cold as hell during this run.If at anytime you wish to give up you will simply have to hold up 2 fingers and we will have you transported back here with a warm meal,thermal wrap,and hot coffee waiting for you.You will also be set back far in the ranking positions I am giving you.The ranks will go as followed Enlistee,Private,and Lance Corporal.Those of you who preform the worst will be Enlistees while those of you who preform the best will be Lance Corporals who will guide the Enlistees to becoming Lance Corporals.Those of you who preform decently will be Privates which is basically an Enlistee who won't be scrubbing the thy feces from the latrines".

Growl would look down to his datapad and then to [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] and say "Load up on the Flash Speeder,its go time" as he climbed into the drivers seat of the Land Speeder."Well Kylo lets see if these bastards are fit for duty eh?" Growl would say as he motioned for The Cardinal Company 2nd Rangers to be ready when they returned.

"START FETHING RUNNING!" Growl would shout as he started the land speeder and began following the group of recruits as they ran.

Kylo got into the speeder and followed them along the way. During the run 3 had dropped out. Kylo felt no pity for them if they could not handle this then they could not handle being a Ranger. Once the run was done the men were freezing that were handed jackets and shirts and thermal wraps. They had stopped the run at a huge thick circle plate of ice with a round thin rubber mat that sat over the ice.

Kylo excited the speeder and stood before the recruits and started to speak to them all. "Congratulations, you survived the run. Three of you did not make it, doing pitty them, they were not strong enough to make it as a ranger. Now behind me you will see a circle of ice with a rubber mat over it. Captain [member=GROWL] here will pair reach of you up with one of his rangers, they will teach you how to become a killer with just your hands. YES THIS WILL BE PAINFUL, AND OOOHH YES THERE WILL BE BLOOD. GET OVER IT. If you die, you obviously fail, if you wimp out you fail, if your ranger instructor rules you a complete dumba$$ you fail. Your objective is simple here, learn to be able to take down the hardest of opponents with just your hands. Take it away captain growl.'

Kylo steps to the side for growl to take charge.

Growl looked over his Rangers and decided only 35 would be needed for now...the other 65 could make sure no one died in the process of training considering they had GLiS Emergency Medpacs on them.Growl picked the best 35 Rangers he had which where his Heavy's and his Specialist,both capable of killing with their bare hands and quite fluent in the art of hand-to-hand.Growl's most prominent Ranger known as just "Brute" would star in the open display.

Growl would clear his voice before speaking "This is Brute,some of you will have to take him one on one today,others will take him four on one,either way you will lose and probably suffer a 2nd degree concussion if not worse.My other 34 Rangers have been instructed to be as aggressive as any enemy you would fight on the battlefield.Whether Man,Wookie,or Trandoshan you need to be able to take down your opponent temporarily if not permanently so that you can grab your weapon and keep moving.I hope you learn as much as you can from this session because afterwards we are running back to where we started and you will be doing this all over again.At the end of the day we will figure out the ranks.Good luck and please...don't die,it's quite a bit of paperwork on my end.What you are about to witness is sheer brutality,we bite,we knee,we elbow,we headbutt.Anything required to kill you're enemy fast and efficiently".

Brute would take one of the recruits and begin sparring with him.They would go over disarming techniques,kill spots,pressure points,and the overall brutality required to kill multiple people at once.After about 10 minuets of sparring Growl would command everyone else to begin sparring with the Rangers going two on one until you tired out or lost.Growl would spectate from the speeder eating a ration bar as [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] did whatever [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] was doing.

[Kylo Kyr'am]

Kylo walks among the cadets as they all spar. Kylo stops at 3 cadets taking on brute. Brute is at first destroying them but then they begin using teamwork and take him down. One cadet in particular showed exceptional skills against brute. Kylo walked up to him. "What's your name cadet?" The Cadet stands up into attention. "Sir I'm cadet razor sir"

Kylo nods taking off his duster, chest armor, reveling his black flex armor body glove underneath. He then removed his mask/helmet. "Well cadet Razor, today is not your lucky day" Kylo punches razor in the face knocking him to the snow. Razor then leg sweeps Kylo but Kylo catches Razor's leg and kicked his inner thigh. Kylo then offers razor a chance to get up. Over the next few minutes Kylo kept using razor as a punching bag teaching him to fight. After a while all the cadets and staff including [member=growl] and Brute made a circle around Kylo and Razor watching the fight. Kylo noticed razor was learning the lessons. Kylo had beaten razor bloody, he had a black eye, bloody nose and bruises on his face. But through it all razor refused to quit. Kylo punched razor in the face one final time and Razor fell to his knees and spit blood out onto the snow.

Razor stood up and Kylo then kicked Razor in the gut and kneed him on the face and Razor fell onto his back. Razor begin to get back up. Kylo could not believe this. Then razor started throwing punches at Kylo buy Kylo was blocking them and Kylo was doing the same. Kylo was seriously impressed, this guy was a bloody mess but kept fighting. After a moment razor saw a very small opening and went for it, he leg sweeped Kylo. Kylo hit the snow on his back. Razor put his knee into Kylo's gut and raised his hand to punch Kylo bit didn't instead offered a handshake. Kylo punched razor in the face and Kylo fell over and then Kylo offered razor help up. Razor took it and stood up. Kylo nodded to him.

"You should of hit me, I told you no mercy, your opponents will never give you a chance to rest." Razor wiped the blood of his face. "Yes sir" Kylo looked around at all the cadets. "That lesson goes for all of you, now get back to your guys unarmed lessons, tomorrow we go to Dxun for Melee lessons and beast hunting, growl they are yours again"

Kylo started putting all good gear back on and then stepped back to the rest of the staff.

Growl looked over to Brute after Kylo showed his man some one on one time and said in a bit of a disappointed tone "Brute,Brute,Brute.2 years ago that would have been no problem for you,what the hell happened?".Brute would rub his busted knuckles and say in a sad tone "Sorry...i'm just a little rusty sir".

Growl would wave him off and then turn to the rest of the cadets wiping snow from his visor proceeding with the training exercises."Now we will go over the rear naked choke,this is one of the most common moves you can pull in a fight to kill someone.You can either cut off the air supply by crushing the trachea or by cutting it off via the carotid artery"."If you are scared of being choked out I suggest you get you're yellow belly a$$ out of my fething face or I will have you executed...I am serious,leave now".Growl would look to one of his Rangers and call him over for a demonstration.As he locked in the rear naked choke he would say out loud "I want you to practice this on each other recruits,don't be scared.You will pass out but keep in mind we are professionals and I assure you this wont be the thing that kills you during training".

Growl would wait for all the remaining recruits to get into position and then shout "BEGIN!" as he released the Ranger who has been passed out for roughly 5 seconds.

As training went on Growl approached [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] and offered him two options "Kylo after this we can either begin melee weapon training or we can move onto another snow run and begin firearms training.Which would you prefer?They are you're soldiers".

Kylo looks to [member=growl]. "Well considering we are 5 kilometers from the bunker we will need to do the run back either way. But I know it's time we moved onto a new system, but we can do rifle and Pistol training on a different planet. Just need something for CQB, and long range I want them trained in sniper Rifles. Any ideas of a good system that fits?"

Kylo looked on at the cadets learning the moves instructed to them. His mask and armor back on along with his duster that was blowing in the wind.

Growl would ponder a bit at what [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] asked and reply "Well for long range I can't help you but for other CQB things we can move on to Melee weapons training?I have a few dull and deactivated Vibroswords in the speeder".Growl would look behind them to the speeder with the 4 vibroswords sticking out.

"If you really want a Sniper to help you then I can have on of my Rangers help you train them for that course as we DO have 3 snipers who are quite good at what they do.These are your people so i'll leave the decision in your hands but I would choose wisely....looks like a storm is coming in".

Kylo looks up to the sky of in the distance then looks back at his troops. "ALRIGHT MAGGOTS, inside the bunker for the night. A storm is brewing and we need to seal the blast doors." Kylo watches the men file inside and line up. Kylo and [member=growl] and his Rangers went inside as well.

Once inside Kylo told them at ease and go to the mess hall to get supper. He then looked to growl as the blast doors close. "I think we will hold off on the melee and sniper for now, just worry about rifle training. Once the storm passes I want off this Ice ball, any ideas on a planet that will instruct them on rifle use in a dangerous environment?"

Kylo would look over to the men as he awaited a response.

Growl grinned as [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] finished what he was saying knowing the perfect.Growl would say to Kylo "Rodia....if we go to Rodia and train them against the exotic wildlife then they will learn not only how to operate in dangerous environment but also learn how important team work is".

"A good chunk of these recruits will die however,I estimate roughly 15 casualties.It's you're call but if you want dangerous environments training then that is the place you want to be my friend".

Kylo nodded to [member=growls] words. "Good, get some food we are off the Planet at 0600, so let's get them up at 0300, go for a 6k run, 3k out 3k in, then they can shower and pack and we are out of here to rodia"

Kylo went and got in line to get some food thanking they are leaving this place. It was too cold. He could handle it fine, he just didn't like too.

Rather than listen to advice from [member="Kylo Kyr'am"] Growl went to his room and activated his Sonic Dampeners zoning everyone and everything out.Growl would sit on his cot and begin repainting his armor as it had many deep scratches due to the fact it hasn't been managed in over 5 weeks and has seen a few shootouts.Growl thought to himself "I need a damn assistant to do this bull$hit" as he made gentle strokes across the chest piece.While this wouldn't get rid of the scratches at all it would definitely make him look a bit more professional as he needed to since he was The Head of Security.
