Hi Lan.

Firstly, thanks for starting the IGBC. I'm looking forward to seeing the Muun's rejoin the Galaxy and exerting the control that it used to have. I'd like to be apart of that revival going forwards, having already created a Muun NPC that I occasionally use -> http://starwarsrp.net/topic/33471-serj-sularis/

Secondly, the IGBC is already an approved company, owned and submitted by [member="Vassik Kilvaari"]. I believe that if the IGBC is to begin conducting business as a faction again, then it would need to submit a new submission to the company creation area, contesting ownership of the company, as the rules say that if a canon company is inactive, and the writer in question has either quit or stopping using it, then another can come in and essentially start afresh with a new sub.

Alternatively, you could just contact Vassik and see if their writer would like to be involved with the IGBC as a faction. The rules do say that you need to contact Vassik if wish to contest his claim over the company In Character before making a new submission in the factory.

If you read the full IGBC entry in the Factory, you'll notice at the bottom where it notes that the ownership of the company was transferred to Kira Corsai (Lan Porgata). (I'm both Kira and Lan.) Vassik freely gave it to me months ago, I just got around to doing something with it now.

I appreciate your concerns, however I can assure you the transfer was legitimate and I am the recognized owner of the IGBC.

Hopefully, you'll continue to be excited by the prospect of a resurgence of the IGBC. I sure am.
