(+) Demolitions expert - Whatever training he might've picked up on over that long stretch of time, he's definitely the best with explosives.
(+/-) Old - His new body may not be old, but Maxie is pretty damn old. 4000 years of combat experience and knowledge is nice, but long-term memory isn't always so great. Lucky he has a droid brain to back up stuff into if he needs.
(+/-) Accent - While his accent might sound sophisticated and sexy, calling people Fraulein and Herr, as vell as speaking like zis... It's a veensy bit hard to understand, no?

Maxie is an extremely well dressed and handsome pyromaniac. His HRD body is tall, curly-haired, and usually covered in some kind of formalwear. He often wears gloves and a high top hat filled with nice little presents that make people go boom. His actual Shard body is a lovely shade of silver. Along with his suit, tie, and hat, he will occasionally carry a walking stick (also full of things to make other people explode).
All in all, he's a sexy robot that has things in his suit that could be extremely hazardous to your health and his, should you shoot them. Please don't shoot at the pyromaniacal robot.
