Ke'Cholo stumbled upon the idea when he wanted a vehicle that could be versatile enough that he could switch out weapons instead of building different ships for all occasions.

Jack of all trades
Heavily armored and armed
De-ionizer and anti-heat seeking flares attached

Large crew needed
Poor passengers capabilities
Slow
Anchoring mechanism takes time to deploy
When artillery is equipped, not built for anti-personal encounters
When anti-personal weapons are equipped, not built for long range encounters

[member="KeCholo"], this looks pretty good for the most part. I'm mostly curious about the weapons though, because they come off as being a little vague.

Can you detail the weapons and what they're used for a little bit more?

For example, does "heavy" part of "heavy cannon" denote more range or power compared to a normal gun? Is it used more for an area of effect attack against soft targets, or is it specialized to take out armored vehicles?

Why does the single medium cannon exist when there is a double medium cannon option?

Double Medium canons require anchoring, singles don't.

Heavy, medium, and light refer to several things. Power, kickback, and radius.

Whether a AOE shell or a precise single shot shell is loaded into the canon is up to the user. The canon doesn't have a default shell, simply what you load into it.
