STRENGTHS:

Gand Physiology: To be put most simply, due to the species Khepri hails from he benefits from drastic advantages compared to other species. An exoskeleton that allows him to take a beating on a scale completely foreign to most sentient life in the Galaxy, strength that makes him the superior to even the strongest physical specimens of races such as Humans. The ability to eventually rejuvenate lost limbs. For all intents and purposes, Khepri, despite his old age is a walking crash dummy who just won't break.

Potential Unleashed: Khepri is an extremely potent force sensitive first and foremost. Only through the rigorous training and meditation he has put himself through was this fully realized however. Finding the teachings of the Jedi to be too narrow minded and cultish he has expanded his knowledge greatly, even delving into the teachings of the Dark Side, though he has very rarely used the power associated with it. It is for this reason that even now, after decades away from the order, Jedi still seek out Khepri for his wisdom, and sometimes, even asking for his aid.

Student of War: Though Khepri does not actively participate in battle very often, he is still most certainly not one to underestimate. Having decades of experience in duels and large scale conflict, Khepri is skilled in almost all forms of lightsaber combat. This skill however rarely translates itself to a want or need for conflict, as Khepri is perfectly content remaining in a support role such as a healer or councilor.

WEAKNESSES

Old Bones: Being in his mid-fifties, Khepri is very old for a Gand, most not exceeding the age of 61. Though his ability in the force has somewhat slowed the process of age on his body, he is still not anywhere near his physical apex. Unable to maintain a strong offense or defense for very long when locked into combat, Khepri uses the force like a crutch. Aiding his speed, agility, precision, strength, and even endurance to a high degree it does not take long before he has exhausted his strength in the force and is left with only himself, a still potent fighter for the standards of a padawan or knight, but lacking when contending with masters.

Old Fashion: Simply, Khepri is no soldier, unable to use a blaster or projectile based weapon of virtually any kind without immense difficulty. Furthermore, Khepri is not keen on the usage of armor, explosives or many readily available technological instruments that might aid someone in not only a battle, but every day life.

BIOGRAPHY:

Born on the planet of Gand, Khepri was identified very early as a force sensitive, being sent to train with the Jedi due to his overt and natural power in the force. By many he was considered to be nearly guaranteed a position on the council if he would only follow the codes and conduct of the order. Khepri however, has always been a free thinker, despite his masters greatest efforts he refused to contain his mind to their moral compass and beliefs. Growing in strength until unrivaled among his Padawan peers it became very clear that Khepri not only had natural talent, but was in fact fueling his strength with emotion, allowing the dark side to slowly seep in. However, before Khepri was to be committed to the trials of knighthood, he disappeared. Traveling to the remote planet of Bovo Yagen, Khepri would begin his studies into not only the light, but his control of the dark. Working in tune with what he believed to be nature, Khepri slowly walled himself from the negative aspects of the dark side to an extinct. This ability made him famous among the Jedi for some time, certain individuals even going as far as to seek him out for lessons, though he always refused. Eventually losing himself in the nature of the planet until his location was completely unknown by the outside world, leaving him to utilize his time for study, practice and reflection.

Lightsaber Forms:

Shii-Cho - Being a master force user, Khepri has obvious skill with the basic form of lightsaber combat, having been taught it at a young age. Keeping up his training in the form as a means to polish the basics he has even maintained his ability to use the form since he has diverged and specialized in others. (Proficient)

Makashi - Though Khepri does not specialize in the form he has still studied it, even applying some of its aspects to his combat when necessary, finding its economy of motion useful for his aging body as it allows him to fight for longer when unaided by the force. (Proficient)

Soresu - Finding the fighting style to be extremely potent when forced into a corner Khepri has trained himself extensively in its use, having used it several times in his younger years to hold off better duelists long enough for him to regroup and retaliate. (Expert)

Ataru - Like many Padawans, Khepri found the style very appealing and studied it with the fervor of youth, using its complex movements with his physical youth to overwhelm opponents who were unable to keep up. Having aged significantly since then however, Khepri finds the style to be far too taxing and has allowed his proficiency to slip from its extremely high level though he still employs it when forced to end a fight as quickly as possible. Shien/Djem So - Finding Djem So to be far too strength oriented and straight forward he has ignored it for the most part. However finding Shien to be optimal for blast deflection Khepri has studied it extensively and mixes this with his skill in Soresu to be extremely potent when faced with ranged weaponry. (Expert)

Niman - Being the potent force user that he is, Khepri has focused most of all on Niman. Taking what was meant only to be a last resort for those who focused on the study of the force he has raised it beyond its intent. Pulling from every form of combat he has develop an extremely fluid and randomized style that even without the aid of the force pushes those of a lesser caliber to the edge as it seems the glow of his lightsaber creates an intricate weave of light around him. Juyo - Though never practicing it himself, seeing it as far too agressive Khepri has studied it, allowing him to know the fighting style of the many Sith who employ it in combat. (Adept)


Force Powers:

Telekinesis - Skilled in every aspect of its use, Khepri is simply one of the foremost users of the skill, containing such knowledge and power in its use that he is able to combat lesser combatants with it alone. (Master)

Force Healing - Having used an extensive amount of his time in training the use of the power, Khepri is extremely competent in its use. Able to keep those that would normally be long past death alive for extended periods and even fully healing crippling wounds if given appropriate amounts of time. (Master)

Plant Surge - Living on a jungle planet for several decades without the aid of most technologies, Khepri has learned to shape the foliage itself, using vines or tree branches to restrain or even seriously harm or kill creatures that may threaten him. (Master)

Force Sense - Having a large need to be able to sense and avoid those who would seek him out, Khepri has developed an exceptional talent in the skill, being able to sense particularly potent force users on a continental scale. (Master)

Force Telepathy - Being able to sense individuals over vast distances has done wonders to Khepri's ability to speak with others through the mind and sheer force of will. Sadly however he has been unable to use the ability often and it has thus lessened his ability with it. (Proficient)

Animal Bond - Training in particular to be one with nature, Khepri has developed a natural affinity towards animals and has thus learned to employ his force powers when dealing with them. Sometimes this is so effective that he is capable of calming entire packs of predators primed for attack. (Expert)

Tutaminis - A prime example of Khepri's vast force potential, capable of blocking not only sustained and powerful bursts of force lightning, but also the blade of a lightsaber with his bare hand, though taxing and only for the briefest of moments, Even channeling the energy from these sources into a powerful burst of offensive power when needed. Force Weapon - Able to imbue ordinary objects with the force, this ability allows ordinary items the capability to block lightsabers and blaster fire as well as strike with astounding force, easily enough to shatter stone. (Master)

Force Body - Being forced to use the force as a means to reach the physical ability of his youth for some time now, Khepri is very capable in its use, granting him astounding physical abilities. (Master)
