DESCRIPTION

The need to retrofit Chiss technology in recent times had become apparent to the Ascendancy. The armed forces of the Ascendancy is first priority when it comes to new technology as they are the frontline defense against enemies of the Ascendancy. And, as most know, you do not have a proper military if you don't have armored vehicles. The AT-11 is the first of many armored vehicles to be used by the Ascendant Armed Forces. The purpose behind the AT-11 is to be the main battle tank for the Ascendancy to utilize in many, if not all, combat situations. In accordance with the Chiss ideal of being more advanced than those around them, the AT-11 is outfitted with several sensor systems to give the tank operators a full field of view when in battle. Also, the tank is equipped with several other systems including emergency beacons, first aid kit, and signal flares.

  • Hierarchy: The hierarchy of the FSCA is rather small in regards to official ranks. At the top is the Director of the FSCA. This single person commands the entire FSCA and answers only to the Ruling Families.
  • Membership: There are approx. 100 agents within the FSCA. In order to join the FSCA, one must undergo a thorough background check that takes several months to a year for verification purposes. Also, to become an FSCA agent, one must be a full fledged citizen of the Chiss Ascendancy.
  • Influence: As an extension of the Ascendancy's government, wherever the Chiss AScendancy holds influence and there are force sensitives present, the FSCA holds influence as well.

  • Reputation: The FSCA is seen as an integral part of the Chiss Ascendancy by the people. Their fair treatment of force sensitives within the Chiss Ascendancy puts a good image on the agency. However, there are some small pocket resistance against what the FSCA does. They see the FSCA as aa fascist regime as they are practically separating the force sensitives from society by marking them like black sheep.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION


After the dissipation of the Iron Empire, the Chiss Ascendancy was left to their own devices once more. Without proper leadership, the Ruling Families were reinstated once again, bringing the Chiss Ascendancy back to it's dignified roots. New Ruling Families were appointed, therefore new rules and ideals were almost immediately implemented.

Formerly, the Chiss Ascendancy despised force sensitive beings in their society to the point of either exiling or executing them. This practice has been repealed and left in history. Now, the Chiss seek to utilize their Force Sensitives as a powerful weapon to be utilized by the Ascendancy in the defense of the nation.

As a way of keeping the force traditions of other societies, such as Jedi and Sith, out of the Ascendancy, the Force Sensitive Control Agency was created. The mission of the FSCA was established prior to it's birth: the regulation and control of Force Sensitives within Ascendancy society. Upon discovering a citizens Force Sensitivity, the FSCA brings the individual in for testing and registration. That person's biometrics are kept within a massive data storage, are given a special ID card that visibly says they are Force Sensitive and are then sent off to live their lives.

Description: The Cssin'rt'ust-class is a small starship class that's primary mission is to ferry troopers for the Chiss Ascendancy. 300 troopers can be transported comforted while within the confines of the Cssin'rt'ust. The ship is rather small and fast while also having strong defenses. The Cssin'rt'ust makes it's way into the atmosphere of planets and brings legion of troops with it.   • Accessibility: The Ministry of Public Affairs Headquarters is set in the heart of the Chiss Ascendancy, Csalpar. The main section of the building is easily accessible to allow government officials and non-MPA personnel access into other parts of the building. Due to the importance of the MPA's mission and potential disaster that could be wrought from data within the facility being revealed, much of the facility is protected by secure and countless measures. Biometrics combined with specialized security badges protect much of the facility from infiltration.
  • Description: The Ministry of Public Affairs Headquarters is a statuesque building in the Chiss capital Csalpar. One of the more recently constructed buildings in Csalpar, the MPHQ demonstrates the ingenuity of the Chiss Ascendancy with it's ultra-modern architecture. As the name would state, this building serves as the headquarters for the Chiss Ascendancy Ministry of Public Affairs, the department of the Ascendancy that specializes in spreading the Ascendancy's influence through media.

  • Description: The Chiss Ascendency Ministry of Propaganda, or CAMP, is a government agency within the Chiss Ascendancy. It's main purpose is to spread the influence of the Ascendancy throughout the galaxy through subtle means. Through multiple mediums such as art, music, and more, the Ministry of Propaganda ensures that the legacy of the Chiss Ascendancy shall go on strong for a very long time.

  • Domain: The Ministry of Propaganda works deep within the Ascendancy but also an independent organization in the sense that it doesn't answer to the Hierarchy, however the ministry does work under them. Whever the Chiss Ascendancy holds influence, one can find the Ministry of Propoaganda's work being done somewhere close by.
  • Notable Assets: As a rather young organization, the Ministry of Propaganda has no special locations as of yet. However, plans are in the works for the future.

  • Hierarchy: The Ministry of Propaganda operates in separate departments. Each department operates in a certain aspect of propaganda. Each department has a leader known as a Carcsi(Cheunh for boss). Each Carcsi holds ultimate power over their department. At the head of the Ministry of Propaganda is the Carcsi Council and at the head of the council is Marina, also known as the Head Carcsi. The Carcsi Council plans out all the ministry's operations and brings them up to the Head Carcsi before implementing them. The Head Carcsi has the authority to approve or deny any ideas brought up by the council.
  • Membership: In order to efficiently and properly operate, the Ministry of Propaganda requires several hundred employees across all departments. Currently, the MP claims to be at 72% manning. While employee numbers are lacking, they continue to strive and work as hard enough to where the ministry appears to be at 90% manning.

    In order for one to become an employee of the Minsitry of Propaganda, an extensive background check is required. As it is a government position, one must have a clear record, void of any discrepancies, or a serious recommendation from someone high in the ministry such as a Carcsi council member. After the background check is complete, or their recommendation is verified, the applicant then takes an aptitude test. This test combined with their occupational and educational history will determine which department they will be assigned to. It is possible to fail this part of the application process, however. For example, if an applicant either has no educational or occupational background or their aptitude comes back with mixed or undetermined results, the applicant will be denied.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION


Before the Jen'ari Empire took control of Csilla, the Chiss Ascendancy was in power, and Marina was the frontrunner for much of the Ascendancy's reintroduction into the galaxy after the Iron Empire dissolved. At this time, Marina sought to bring the Chiss Ascendancy into the greater picture and make it a recognized nation in the galaxy. But, there were obstacles she was not prepared for. And soon, she had to rearrange her priorities. Later, the Jen'ari Empire drew her back to Csilla. Their authoritarian grip over her homeland angered her. She refused to standby as another nation asserts power over her people. She returned and aided in the eviction of the Jen'ari and the following reconstruction. After the Chiss Ascendancy grew strong after it's revolution, Marina wanted to take part in directing the future for her people. She returned to her position as a doctor. After doing that for some time, she began to hunger for something that would further help the Chiss Ascendancy, but in a different theater. She remembered something her old mentor once told her: There's always more to war than just the battlefield. That is when the idea came to her. She brought the preliminary ideas of hers to her peers and recieved much support. After much drafting alongside her peers, the Ministry of Propaganda was born.

DESCRIPTION

The CRD-14 Voncsah droid, is an aerial reconnaissance droid utilized by the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet of the Chiss Ascendancy.

The Voncsah, or Recon in common, main's purpose is to capture real-time information of the area it flies over and feed this information to nearby allied forces via hologram. Voncsahs are capable of flying to incredible heights, making them almost impossible to see by the naked eye. With their reflec coating and relatively small size, they are hard even for sensors to spot. The repulsorlift engines used to propel each Voncsah is specially crafted in a way that makes the droid nearly silent to further it's ability to remain unnoticed as it collects data. As an additional feature, each Voncsah is equipped with a self destruct feature that is triggered should anyone attempt to hack into the droid's brain.

DESCRIPTION


The Carttusah, or explorer in common, is a small exploratory vessel utilized by the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet of the Chiss Ascendancy. The ship's main purpose is exploration and scientific endeavors. Each Carttusah-class is equipped with advanced scanning technologies that allow scientists onboard to full map out the immediate area before delving into the unknown. Everything from environmental analyzers to bioscanners can be found standard on a Carttusah-class. To increase the capabilities of the Carttusah-class, the ship is capable of traversing underwater thanks to it's watertight sealing. The ship is also equipped with advanced scanning systems, the Carttusah is capable of detecting nearly any anomalies on unknown worlds it traverses.
